I am easy to work with a strive for 100% satisifaction.  I have only had one bad experience on here with a buyer and that resulted in a negative feedback that really upset me.  The person purchased a lot of four brand new maternity tops  from me and then indicated she was not happy. I tried to work with her and she became very offensive and threatning to me.  I lodged a complaint with ebay and paypal about her, however she gave me my only negative feedback. I offered to refund her money minus shipping cost paid and she did not like that.Nor did she want to return the items she purchased.  She filed a claim with paypal and then never followed through. Of course it was dismissed and i reported it as fraud. I never recieved the brand new items back that i sent her and she still had the nerve to give negative feedback. It was a very upsetting situation. I always strive to work with my buyers and never had a problem till i met her. All my feedback is positive except for hers.  After being torturerd, i complained to ebay about it and it was never removed. I always leave positive feedback for my buyers when all terms are met and i appreciate the same from you.  I work hard to make sure all items are as described and like to ship quickly.  Ebay can become addicting and it has with me.  I list items freguently so check back.
