We accept full responsibility for safe delivery of  purchases to our customers (as all sellers should), so items will be shipped fully insured.

ORDER CANCELLATION and RETURNS
The UK Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to cancel your order for your purchase by sending us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of receipt. Since we want you to be happy with your purchase, our own Returns Policy improves upon these legal requirements.

When you receive your purchase, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your money in full. You must contact us by email first, before returning the item within 14** days starting from the day after the goods are received. Once we receive the original item a refund subject to the above statement will be given.
