April Cornell offers a signature look with classic and timeless silhouettes, colors and prints that are exclusive and engaging. You can always count on April Cornell to add fresh fashion flavor to feminine romance. Casually sophisticated with a romantic ambiance, her styles are distinct and modern with unique details that are quintessential 'April Cornell'.
We receive stock weekly, so we are constantly adding new auctions! Be sure to check out our auctions AND especially our EBAY STORE for dozens more great selections. We list the garment measurements in the auction description but see the chart below for body measurement guidelines.

I try to provide a caring and personal touch to each package. Some notice...most don't, but it is important to me to treat every customer as special...just as I like to be treated too.

COMMUNICATION -
If you sent me an e-mail and I didn't answer it, please do not think that I don't like you! I receive many e-mails a day and do my best to answer as many as I can asap. I am basically a one-person operation with 2 full-time jobs! I do all of my own description-writing, picture-taking, listing, packaging, shipping, and correspondence while taking care of a family with small children at the same time. Sometimes even simple things like answering my e-mail can become a seemingly impossible task! However, if you do not hear from me in a reasonable amount of time - i.e. 2 days, please just email again as it's most likely that I did not receive it. I try to prioritize and deal with the most important/urgent inquiries first. I love to correspond with my customers(I wish I had more time to do so), but stupid questions drive me nuts! They are such a time waster. Many of my inquiries ask for info that's already included several times in the auction description and info. My favorite thing to do is bring you lots of new and exciting items, so repetitive questions keep me from being able to do that!

PAYMENT -
Winning bidder to pay by Paypal or money order; ANY type(i.e. grocery store, dept.store, Western Union), however please DO NOT send any of the GREEN and YELLOW Postal money orders. IF sending a postal money order, you must purchase the International type which is pink in colour. Payment is in U.S. funds, however if buyer is located in Canada, and you would like to remit payment in Canadian funds, email for Canadian $$ conversion and payment options (I don't accept Paypal in Cdn funds). Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. 10 days allowed if sending a money order.

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY -
I am always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases.
The item with the highest shipping is added first, and each additional item ships @ 1/2 the amount quoted in the auction.
Payment for all items must be remitted as 1 transaction in order to receive the combined rate. Please do not send any payments until you have finished shopping and have requested and received an updated invoice with combined shipping.

SHIPPING -
Shipping & Handling is stated on every auction page.
Our feedback reflects that usually our customers receive their purchases very quickly. Please be patient with the shipping though as the post office can take 7-14 business days to have a parcel delivered to you. This is a guideline provided by Canada Post and not intended as a guarantee or confirmation of delivery. Depending on a number of variables such as your location, weather conditions and the time it takes to clear your country's Customs, it could take more or less time to arrive. Once we send your order please don't ask us to be responsible for lost or misdirected parcels....Most parcels are sent by air mail and INCLUDE insurance at NO EXTRA COST to you! Tracking Number is not included with airmail shipping.

Should your parcel not arrive in a timely fashion, we will work with you and contact the appropriate agencies to have the package traced and/or an insurance claim filed if necessary. You will never be left hanging, we will stay in touch with you until the transaction is complete. We generally mail out parcels within 2 business days of receiving payment.


REGULAR SHIPPING TIMES:
Ontario, Canada: 7-10 Business Days
Western Canada: 7-14 Business Days
USA : 7-14 Business Days or longer(Due to US Customs & Inspections)


SHIPPING PROCEDURE TO USA
1. We deliver to Canadapost Outlet.
2. Packages sent to Mississauga Ontario terminal.
3. Packages delivered to Canadian Border and are inspected.
4. Transferred to US customs for clearance.
5. Transferred to USPS for delivery and airmailed to location.

We are not responsible for shipping times. We package & drop off to the post office. We do not deliver the items!

CUSTOMS -
Any and all Customs charges are the responsibility of the BUYER. Customs and Import fees are based on the value of the merchandise. Customs charges are a matter though between you and your government, not you and the seller. A seller does not have any control over the fees and charges charged, (or not charged) at the discretion of the government in each country they are shipping to. Some countries charge import fees, others do not. It is up to the buyer to pursue that information from their government and educate themselves accordingly before making the decision to purchase from a seller from another country or not. Please do not have the package returned to me as I will not be able to sort this out with your government for you. Should you happen to have Customs fees charged to you, in most cases, you need only to forward a note and copy of your ebay invoice within 90 days, to the customs office in your area and file for a return of the charges. Filing the claim is a very simple process. Please also contact your local customs office for more info regarding applying for a refund.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY -
With costs constantly rising, we have had to put some policies in place in order to remain efficient and so we can continue to bring you a great selection of April Cornell clothing and home items. We offer the April Cornell line at a huge DISCOUNT, and you have told us in your emails and notes how much you love being able to buy your favorite designer's clothing at such great prices!
We have experimented with an exchange policy in the past. We have found that we just simply do not have the budget or time to spend on exchanges that a full service boutique is able to offer. We found that it was an extremely time consuming process for both us and our customers. After much thought and consideration, our policy concerning returns and/or exchanges is 'All Sales Final'. In keeping with the policies of most discount or clearance outlets (including all April Cornell clearance outlets), we can NOT accept returns for issues such as fit or unsuitability. Please be sure to make your selections and purchases carefully, and with this in mind. If we were to accomodate for exchanges and returns, then we would have to raise our prices DRAMATICALLY.
In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with your order other than for fit etc., then please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the isssue. All orders are shipped with insurance at no extra cost to you, so if your order doesn't arrive in 14 business days (which means excluding weekends, and statutory holidays), please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to have your package traced and an insurance claim filed if necessary.
Of course, you may purchase from the April Cornell boutiques and pay the full price if you need the services associated with returns and exchanges.

A Brief Note about MY AUCTIONS, DESCRIPTIONS and PHOTOS -
The photos and descriptions you see on MY auctions have been taken personally by ME. I work hard to create excellent descriptions and get you good quality photos. Much time is spent photgraphing, researching, etc, as you can imagine. I pride myself on that...if you see these descriptions and/or photos on someone else's auction, rest assured, they are mine and they were copied without permission. I will let someone use a photo if they ask but PLEASE don't do it without my permission - that will guarantee you will be reported to ebay and your auction will be removed. My style is uniquely my own, and although other sellers have been trying to imitate me, remember that the text and photos of my auctions are protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America. Unauthorized use of my text and/or images is strictly prohibited, so PLEASE don't copy my photos or my descriptions! THANK YOU for your cooperation here.

If I've left anything out, please forgive me, I'm only human....I do my level best to represent our product as honestly and completely as possible. Please try to remember that on the other end of the computer is a HUMAN BEING, who like you, has good days, bad days, sad days, crazy days... and I strive to work hard for you to provide you with a wonderful ebay experience, while keeping a sense of humor.
