Collection of Treasures specializes in hand-made, affordably priced jewelry and gift items. Our collection features designs for sports, occupations, and occasions - and most can be customized. Collection of Treasures supports community events and charitable organizations by offering discounts for such events and organizations. Founded in 1996, Collection of Treasures is located in Alvin, Texas, which is approximately 25 miles south of Houston. The company first manufactured and sold angel pins, earrings, and necklaces, but by 1998 the product line had grown to include jewelry for occupations, sports, and special occasions. We have continued to grow and have added more variety to our inventory. Most of these items can be personalized or custom made for special orders. They include key chains, votive holders, crosses, picture frames, bookmarks, miniatures, candles, bracelets, button covers, cameos, charms, cufflinks, money clips, necklaces, tie tacks, shoe clips, and decorative boxes.

Product Guarantee and Care

Collection of Treasures guarantees products free from manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear are not manufacturing defects. Our pieces, unless otherwise specified, are made of affordably priced metals and components to keep the cost reasonable. The metal pieces are plated brass and pewter and are designed to age gracefully with time. Most products manufactured by Collection of Treasures are handmade, so no two are identical - each piece has character of its own. These pieces will hold up nicely during normal wear. Crystals, pearls, stones, or other components that have been scratched, cracked, or broken as the result of being left on clothing and washed by machine, dropped, or subjected to any other unusual treatment, are not covered by this warranty. In such cases, the item may be repaired for a nominal cost. Please contact Collection of Treasures for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by email, telephone, or regular mail. Pricing and further instructions will be given at that time. Shipping costs are not included in the warranty. It is important to keep jewelry/metal pieces free from lotions, hair sprays, perfumes, etc. Use a soft, clean cloth with no polish or harsh cleaners, as either could remove the finish.

Policy

Collection of Treasures offers a wide selection of affordably priced jewelry and gift items. We go a step further on selected items by allowing you to personalize your selection with stone, finish, or charm preferences. If a choice is offered on the website or in the catalog, be sure to make the selection on your order form. If your selection is not made on the order form, Collection of Treasures will make it for you. Our products can not be purchased with the intention of duplicating or recreating the item for resale by other crafters or companies. We reserve the right to refuse, or discontinue sale, to any company or individual due to misrepresentation or improper use of our products. The items offered by Collection of Treasures are not intended for small children.

Special Orders

If you would like any of our items modified that are not offered in the catalog, or you wish to create your own jewelry piece, it might be possible, but for an additional charge. Payment must be made prior to manufacturing. If more than twelve such pieces are ordered, the special-order fee will be waived. Please refer to the website or catalog, or contact us (sales@collectionoftreasures.com or 281-331-8640) for special-order pricing. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDER PIECES unless, of course a piece is received with a manufacturing defect or flaw. These will be replaced by the company free of charge within the first 30 days only. A repair charge will be assessed after the first thirty days, in addition, to a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. Limited Warranty

Collection of Treasures will repair or replace at our discretion, any item found to be defective in material or workmanship within 45 days from original purchase. Please contact Collection of Treasures for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by email, telephone, or regular mail. Pricing and further instructions will be given at this time. A copy of your sales receipt and a note describing the defect must accompany the return. Include your name, return address and telephone number if not indicated on the sales receipt. We will promptly repair or replace the defective piece. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will send you a credit memo for the purchase price to be used toward a future order. It is the sole and exclusive option of Collection of Treasures whether to repair or replace an item, or issue a credit memo. Sample sale and "sold as is" items are not covered under this warranty. Damage or injuries from misuse or negligence are also not covered by this warranty.

Privacy Policy

Collection of Treasures will never share, sell, or otherwise distribute any customer's e-mail address, or other information. For your safety, we do not store your credit-card information. You can be assured of privacy whether you purchase from us or just make an inquiry.

Returned Check Policy

Customers whose checks are returned to our bank for any reason (Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks, or checks written on a closed account) will be assessed a $25.00 service charge for each check returned, plus any expenses incurred to collect the debt. All returned-check charges not paid within 10 days will be sent for collection. Future orders will then require payment by certified check. Certified checks are issued and guaranteed by a bank.
