 Checkout Instructions : Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will receive a winning bidder notification, along with a checkout link. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item. This link will include ALL of the items that you won from us, with consolidated shipping.

Collections Etc. accepts all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and PayPal. We do NOT accept e-checks through Paypal at this time.

Returns are easy! Here's how: |

Please complete the “RETURN REASON” Form on the back of your packing slip. Return this form with your
package, postage prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

We advise that you insure your package and request delivery confirmation for your protection. Collections Etc. is not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.

If you do not request an exchange on your RETURN REASON Form, a refund will be processed if you paid by PayPal. If payment was by credit card, we will credit your account.
