SHIPPING

  • US shipping is $5.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item. Most deliveries occur within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Canadian shipping is $6.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. Most deliveries occur within 7 to 14 business days but may take longer based on customs. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be paid by the buyer.
  • International shipping is $9.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. Most deliveries occur within 7 to 14 business days but may take longer based on customs. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be paid by the buyer.

PAYMENT

  • We prefer PayPal to ensure that you get your item as fast as possible. We also accept money orders drawn from US banks and Canadian Postal money orders in US funds.
  • New Jersey residents please add 7% sales tax; Florida residents please add 6% sales tax.

What type of shipping do you offer?

Our shipping methods vary based on destination, weight and number of items ordered. Among the services that we may use are USPS First Class, USPS Media Mail, UPS and DHL.

When will my item arrive?

For domestic orders, the majority of orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Occasionally delays in the postal system will result in delivery times of up to 14 business days. If your item has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us.

For international orders, the majority of orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Occasionally delays in the postal system or at customs will result in delivery times of up to 28 business days. If your item has not arrived within 28 business days, please contact us.

What are your policies on feedback?

We want to be certain that you are pleased with your order and that you give us the opportunity to fix any problem that may arise. For this reason, we have a computer program that automatically returns any positive feedback left for us.

I received a defective item, what do I do?

First, please make sure that your DVD player is Region 1 or region-free. We sell only Region 1 items (for the US and Canadian markets). Once confirmed, please return your defective item using the return address label provided with your shipment. Please allow 10 business days following return for processing. Negative feedback or chargebacks nullify this return policy and return will be handled directly through eBay or PayPal. Our return policy provides for replacement of defective items, a refund rather than replacement may result in forfeiture of handling costs.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please return your item using the return address label provided with your shipment. We will credit up to $2.00 for return shipping to a future order through our store. Please allow 10 business days following return for processing. Negative feedback or chargebacks nullify this return policy and return will be handled directly through eBay or PayPal. Our return policy provides for replacement of incorrect items, a refund rather than replacement may result in forfeiture of handling costs.

What are you policies on insurace?

We strongly recommend insurance on US orders. If you decline insurance, you accept the full risk of loss or damage. Buyer assumes risk of loss and damage on all international orders. Insurance is through a third party provider.

Claims of loss can be filed 28 business days after shipment. Buyer may be required to provide documentation to support claim.
