It's been a long, strange journey, but alas ...
ebay has made it impossible for small store owners like me to make a profit, so I will be slowly closing my store over the next few months. I have just deleted all my items that are under $8; if you were contemplating ordering one of my items that I have already deleted, please contact me and we can work something out. Otherwise, please buy while you can!
I plan on creating my own website in the next couple of months as well. I will have all the items I had listed here on ebay, plus some new items that I had held back. Note that pricing will be much lower as I won't have to deal with the continual increasing ebay fee structure. I will continue to take Paypal or money orders for payments. If you would like to be contacted once I have my website up, please contact me and leave me your e-mail address.
I plan on keeping my ebay account for possible buying purposes or maybe auctioning an occassional item (I have over 150 classical vinyl albums that were given to me - might try to sell them here so look for them if you're in the market!). Plus, damn it, I deserve my hard-earned feedback score - it will help alleviate any fears for those ordering from my new website. So you can always contact me through ebay. I wish everyone good luck and good fortune.

Highlander, Lord of the Rings, Stargate, Oh My!I'm a sci-fi fan, collecting and selling all sorts of stuff from comic books, to magazines, to trading cards, and beyond! I'm really into Lord of the Rings (absolutely LOVE Legolas!); and Stargate (both the movie and the series?) I also have interests in Angel, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Xena Warrior Princess, Enterprise and Charmed. I'm a very low-volume, laid-back seller, but a very aggressive buyer (snipers beware - my best time is 3 seconds on a 28.8 dial-up!)
I consider myself an excellent seller and buyer. I keep very detailed records, ship promptly (normally to USA addresses within 48-72 hours of payment; internationals sent once per week), pay as fast as humanly possible (LOVE PayPal!), and am very polite and courteous when e-mailing about auctions. I ALWAYS leave feedback (as a seller - once payment is received, as a buyer - once item has been received). I don't believe in holding feedback "hostage" - you hold up your end of the deal, I'll certainly hold up mine.
I will ask, however, that if you have a problem with a concluded auction that you contact me first before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I had prided myself on my 100% positive feedback going back almost 6 years and that I will ship almost anywhere in the world until a buyer left me negative feedback for not receiving an item - I had given the buyer proof that the item had shipped and that I couldn't be held responsible for international mail services, but the buyer negged me unfairly anyway. I try to be as honest as possible in my auction descriptions and try to pack very carefully, but I CANNOT be held responsible for an item once it has left my hands unless insurance has been purchased (and I offer optional insurance with every single auction I list).
