This policy is valid in The United States of America; other countries please see additional international information below. Due to the rare nature of the items being sold, we offer a limited return policy, by purchasing from The Collector Detector you agree to the following terms. All items are inspected and tested prior to listing with all results published. All items are well packed for shipping with tracking options provided via email. Returns are allowed with authorization within the first 72 hours from delivery; official deliver notification provided by the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Refunds will be provided as either In-Store-Credit, PayPal Refund or Partial Refund at The Collector Detector's discretion (case-by-case). All shipping and return shipping costs are non negotiable or refundable. Return shipping must be insured; non insured items not accepted. Return shipping must be authorized by The Collector Detector; unauthorized returns not accepted. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours to be claimed with the United States Postal Service or FedEx; do not discard any shipping materials. Damage claims/refunds are provided by the United States Postal Service or FedEx. We leave positive feedback for the buyer after payment; however if the buyer leaves negative or neutral feedback before contacting us, buyer waives their right for product support, return or refunds. Items are guaranteed to match listing description upon delivery. Items are sold with no warranty; please see item description for full details regarding item guarantee, function, partial function or non function. Although rare, the shipping company is responsible for all delivery failures and shipping refunds, if any.

International customers must elect to use shipping insurance, indemnity and/or tracking to receive these services; any items being shipped via Flat Rate Envelope, Package or Box are shipped without insurance, indemnity, and/or tracking and are the responsibility of the addressee. By declining insurance International customers agree to all limitations, conditions and features proved by Flat Rate shipping. International customers make elections for Insurance or Flat Rate on the invoice during checkout.

Payment and Shipping

We have been selling on eBay since 1999, and continue with pride in 2009. We follow all eBay rules, so you may bid with confidence.

Confirmed PayPal Users (confirmed address) items will ship within 24 hours after your 1st PayPal payment; or same day in some cases. Unconfirmed PayPal accounts will ship ASAP after PayPal Pending status is cleared and the funds have transferred; no additional 24 hour wait. We use PayPal for all transactions for your security. We use FedEx or USPS (Priority Mail, Priority International; EMS). We reserve the right to change, upgrade or substitute shipping company or shipping methods as needed or deemed for each transaction without notice. PayPal, The USPS or FedEx will provde tracking numbers once the item has shipped; you may track your package online.

Confirmed PayPal Users (confirmed address) items will ship within 24-48 hours after your 1st PayPal payment; or same day in some cases. Unconfirmed PayPal accounts will ship ASAP after PayPal Pending status is cleared and the funds have transfered; no additional 24 hour wait. We use FedEx or the USPS (Priority Mail, International Priority, EMS or other services as needed).

All items are well packed, using standard shipping boxes or envelopes. We shipped in recycled and suitable boxes, we encourage you to recycle boxes if possible. We can not foresee problems with loss and/or damage during shipping. Insured items that are damaged or lost will follow all the guidelines established by the United States Postal Service or FedEx (depending on the level and type of service requested and used). Full refunds will be provided after the claims process for each respective carrier has been completed and awared. Do not throw away the item, contents or the box/envelope. All domestic shipping will be sent with, either Insurance or Delivery Confirmation; or both. A positive Delivery Confirmation signifies that the U.S. Government has authorized the package as delivered to it's final location. For items that are mailed internationally, please see terms below.

International Customs, Shipping, Guarantee and Insurance: If you are an International bidder, please read the following before placing your bid. By placing your bid, you agree to (1) one of the offered shipping options, and the rights and services provided:

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Other information a seller may wish to include: These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. If you may not request to list merchandise values below actual value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

(For the certain Shipping options, the Seller provides Customs Bar Code numbers to the Buyer. Buyer agrees that no insurance or tracking is possible, Seller does not guarantee item to destination, i.e. no refunds for lost or stolen items and postage from the Seller. The International Buyer assumes responsibility for mode of shipping that is chosen; if insured or not.) With all packages, the buyer will receive a tracking number. We will ship this item with or without insurance. With insurance you will be able to track your item; and be provided a refund if it is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for items sent without insurance. Flat Rate has no tracking and no insurance. If you would like to combine shipping on more than one item, please contact us for a quote on 2 or more items. By your accepting or declining the optional insurance, you agree to these terms.

eBay Customs Requirements: Buyers are not allowed to leave a negative or neutral Feedback comment which references to customs delays or customs fees.

International Buyer should make arrangements prior to winning any auctions, and understand shipping options regarding International Tracking, Insurance and Guarantee's.

We reserve the right to end auctions at anytime, due to damage, lost stock, listing mistakes and/or shipping issues. After 7 days of non payment and/or no contact from the buyer; item will no longer be available.
