Hi! I am 'colouredcats', and have been an EBay Seller for a few years now. I have sold everything from designer fashions to antiques and collectibles on EBay, and am interested in selling both NEW and gently used items to you - there's nothing like getting a great bargain!

As an EBay Buyer, I know what I expect in service and satisfaction. I don't like to be ripped off, and as a result make sure that my own customers get the best service and 100% satisfaction.

I am not a store - I am an individual EBAY Member who both buys and sells, and I expect to be as satisfied with my purchases as you are with yours. If you are at all dissatisfied with the item when received, please e-mail me immediately to resolve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Unfortunately, ONE transaction in over 300 has marred my perfect feedback rating due to a member who does not have respect for communication. My shipping costs reflect just that - my costs. I won't overcharge on shipping to make a profit, and often take a loss. My costs include quality packaging, postal costs, and all taxes and fuel surcharges. I use the Canada Post rate calculator site (http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/rc/res/bin/rc_res-e.asp) to determine my costs.
