My name is Frank R. Baron of Livonia, Michigan which is located between Lake St. Clair & Lake Erie in Southeastern Michigan. I am one of the co-founders of the Great Lakes Fish Decoy Collectors & Carvers Association, and the Chairman of the Fish Decoy Division of the National Fishing Lure Collectors Club.
