in a cardboard box compressed
to about 1/8 its normal size.
Remove the compression straps
before opening the box
Take it out of the box and remove
the plastic bag.
Be careful when
opening the box to ensure you don’t
puncture the liner contained within
the box.
Start to break apart the chunks of
foam. The sack will start to expand
itself once you have broken up the
large chunks of foam. Once the sack
is close to its original size, put the cover
on matching up the seams of the liner.
It will take several days for your Comfy
Sack to expand to its full size. We have
had a couple customers contact us for more
foam because they contacted us too soon!!
Remember the bigger the sack (8ft) the
longer it takes.

Q: How much time does it take to ship the Comfy Sack?
A: We try our best to get orders shipped out within 5 days of receiving your payment however it sometimes takes up to 10 business days to ship the orders out. Depending on your location it will take 2-6 business days from the time it leaves our shipping dock to arrive at your location. One thing we do different than many other companies is that the instant your order is shipped, you will be notified via email that your order has been shipped out. At that time you will be provided with a unique Fed Ex tracking number that can be used on FedEx.com to track your package. You may also call them at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to track your package using your tracking number. If there are any issues with delivering your Comfy Sack, you will be notified immediately by Fed Ex to get the problem resolved and get your product to you.
Q: How much does it cost for shipping and handling?

Q: Can I track my order when it's on the way to me?
A: Yes you can. Please ensure that you input your correct e-mail address when checking out. This way the FedEx online shipping system can notify you when we ship your order. You will be provided with a tracking number via e-mail from Fedex giving you detailed tracking info.
This system gives you real time information on your shipment. Please note this e-mail is not sent to you until several hours after the package leaves our facility (that evening). It may take up to a day for FedEx to have the tracking number into their system so please give it a day before contacting us.
Q: What's the difference between a Comfy Sack and a bean bag chair?
A: Often times people don't know what to call
these huge poofy looking bag chairs...but they are ANYTHING BUT a bean
bag! Many people have been to the mall and have visited the stores that sell Love Sac's* but they still aren't sure what exactly they are. To help you understand we will point out the three main differences between Comfy Sacks and bean bags/other foam bag chairs on the market. The answers are threefold:

Foam quality, volume, and mixture IS THE
DIFFERENCE to Comfy Sack's extreme comfort and long lasting durability!
Comfy Sacks are made with a special blend of chopped polyurethane foam instead of the hard styro-foam beads found in bean bag chairs. We use high quality furniture grade foam that is the most comfortable foam on the market. We have just the right mix of heavy and light foam to provide you with the most comfortable sack available. Its firm enough to hold you in the perfect position, but not so hard that it is lumpy and overly rigid. All of our current competitors use lower quality foam and as a result you will find large chunks of rock hard foam inside the sack. Many people don’t know that foam is baked similar to bread. Most companies just chop the foam up and use 100% of what was 'cooked'. This is to reduce foam costs and also labor costs of separating the foam. At Comfy Sacks, the foam 'crust' is pitched and only the soft/comfy foam is retained and used. This is one of the most common complaints that people have when they purchase our competitor's bags and later switch to the Comfy Sack. They pay $550 for an overpriced 6 foot sack at the mall, take it home and discover that as they are breaking up the foam to get the chair to poof it out, they come across very hard chunks of foam. You will never find hard chunks of foam in a Comfy Sack and will only find our patent pending Comfy foam. One other great thing about the Comfy foam is that it has a 'memory' which means it always goes back to its original shape. Styrofoam beads compress over time and will also leak out of the bag.

The sheer size of our products dwarfs any bean bag on the market. Our sizes start out at 3.5 foot (about the size of a standard bean bag on the market) and go up to the huge 8 foot bag (enough to fit a family of 5). The 3.5 foot sack is great for children and small adults and is perfect for playing video games or watching some Baby Einstein. Q: How do Comfy Sacks differ from other foam bag chairs on the market?
A: Comfy Sacks use superior foam and better quality fabrics than any other foam bag chair company on the market. Our foam is softer and more comfortable than other companies because we use furniture grade foam. Other companies use scrap foam and often take whatever they can get when it comes to foam. We have been doing business in the foam market for many years which allows us to leverage this power and as a result get the best foam available for a good price. We do this all while keeping our prices very competitive.
Our cover fabrics are also second to none. The microsuede fabric we use is our best seller and is the softest in the business.Microsuede covers are durable enough to last you a lifetime and look fantastic in any
room, and provide the very best feel for getting comfy. The twill (cotton) fabric is also very comfortable and can withstand even the toughest abuse from children. Comfy Sacks also gives you the EXACT size dimensions instead of stating that our products are larger than they really are. Q: How are credit cards processed on comfysacks.com?
A: Yes, online shopping at Comfy Sacks is secure and we protect your privacy. Comfy Sacks has implemented the latest in online security procedures to protect your information. All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted using 128 bit encryption, for security while using the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, IE 3.0 addition or higher, AOL 3.0 or higher or Netscape 2.0 or higher. In addition, Comfy Sacks keeps all customer information confidential. Your information will never be provided to any outside parties.
Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Due to the large size of these products (20-110lbs), refunds are difficult if the product has been opened. The product is compressed to about 1/6 its normal size and getting the product back in the box it arrived in is very difficult. If the outer cover is defective, we will send a new one via Fed Ex. We take a lot of care in manufacturing and shipping our products and very rarely have any products returned to us. All returned products will incur a 25% restocking fee because the package must be taken out of the box, inspected and retested to ensure is is perfect condition. You will need to arrange shipping back to our manufacturing facility with the courier of your choice. Your shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are worried about the size of our Comfy Sacks being an issue, the best way to figure out if you can fit one of our Comfy Sacks in your house or apartment is to put some masking tape on the floor outlining the sack. For the circular sacks make a circle using the dimensions stated and allow for an extra 8 inches or so around the circle. The 7.5 foot lounger takes up the same amount of room as a standard sofa.
Q: What kind of warranty does a Comfy Sack come with?
A: All Comfy Sacks come with a TWO year warranty on all seams. Many other companies don't offer warranties however we want customers to be confident that if something happens to their Comfy Sack, they are covered. Comfy Sacks are manufactured to last and something that distinguishes a Comfy Sack from any other foam bag chair on the market is the QUALITY! All seams are double stitched to ensure a very strong seam that won't rip or tear. Our products have been tested with the roughest children and teens and we very rarely have a cover that needs to be replaced. However, on the rare occasion that the cover does tear at the seam, a new cover will be sent to replace it.

Q: Are Comfy Sacks washable?
A: Another great feature you will get with EVERY Comfy Sack is a inner liner. While some competitors cut costs and don't include a liner, and others offer
it as an expensive option, Comfy Sacks ships every sack with its own liner. The liner enables you to simply unzip the outer cover and put it in the washing machine. All the outer covers can be machine washed in cold water. The important thing when washing your cover is to make sure you completely zip the cover closed before putting it into the washing machine. This is to ensure nothing gets caught in the washing machine, resulting in damage to your cover. It is recommended that you air dry the covers however they can also be put in the dryer and tumble dried on low.
