Now, if you receive an item and was not as descried, I will refund your monies plus all shipping, but the item must be returned in the exact condition first. Please email me so we can work out whatever needs to be done. However I will not be responsible for the US Postal Service. I pack items very well and if you receive it damaged due to shipping that is between you and USPS, I will offer you the option of US Postal Service Insurance.
