Stamp Album Page Product Info
With all the feedback I have received, I decided to come out with 3 different kinds of paper to choose from. 65 lb. Acid-Free Card Stock Paper, 110 lb. Card Stock Paper, and 28 lb. Acid Free Paper. The Acid-Free Paper is just that...Acid-Free. It's available in 65 lb. or 28 lb. paper and is bright white. The 28lb paper will give a slight crisper images but if you choose this paper, I would recomend our Page Protectors. The 110 lb. Cardstock Paper is very heavy. It is stirdy, durrable, even heavier than most cardstock album pages available today.
Recently I started to introduce the Page Protectors. The Page Protectors are GREAT! With the Page Protectors you don't have to punch holes in the Album Pages. They are ACID-FREE, Crystal Clear, Heavy Weight Capacity. The Page Protectors make even the "ugly-IST" used stamps look beautiful. I use them with all my paper choices. Something that always bothered me was when my mounted stamps would pop-off....you know what I mean...your hand brushes against the corner of a proud stamp your showing off and POP!....off it goes. The Page Protectors stoped that completely. The Page Protectors offer lots and lots of benifit.... keeps your album pages in great shape, makes your stamp collection look brilliant, and you no longer have to worry about showing off your proud collection to others--"no pop-offs."
Something that I will stand by are MOUNTS. A mounted stamp is the first and best step to take to care for your stamp. I use Showgard Mounts and offer them in a few different forms... precut for your album pages or in retail packs. I was asked why would I use a Mount and the Page Protectors? The fact is I do use both. It has taken me a very long time and money to get my collection where it is today. The investment in Mounts are 100% worth it. I have found noting that can protect my stamps from undue exposure than Mounts. I have one customer that actually mounts his stamps on the outside of the Page Protectors so he keeps his album pages fresh.
