About Bidding
We take eBay seriously. Your bid is your commitment to purchase. If you change your mind and decide you do not need an item you have won from us, you will be asked to pay $4 to cover our auction expenses in lieu of purchase. We DO NOT retract bids. You are responsible for retracting your own bid if you no longer want the item. If you bid within the last 12 hours of a listing, you will not be able to remove your bid.
About Returns
Most of our phones are guaranteed to power with a good display. If you requested insurance, and the phone does not arrive as advertised, we will file a claim with the post office for insurance reimbursement.
If you decline insurance, and the phone is damaged in transit, CommCentral will not be held responsible.
No Returns on As-Is Items. No Exceptions.
If You are Requesting a Return for a Problem mentioned in the auction, your Request will be Denied.
In order to return a product, the customer must contact CommCentral within 7 Days from the date of receiving the item. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If more than 7 days have passed since receipt of item, the RMA request will be denied.
To request an RMA, please email ebay@comm-central.com -- Include your auction number, and reason for return. Original auction shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise to CommCentral at his own expense.
CommCentral may send a replacement instead of issuing a refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged when a replacement is available, but the customer insists on a refund instead.
FEEDBACK - In the past, we left feedback for all our buyer's, only to get about 10% back in return. We now have a program setup that will automatically return your positive feedback within 3 minutes of your leaving it. If you don't wish to leave feedback for our transaction, that is fine as well.
About ShippingWe have daily pickups from the Post Office for all domestic mail. Your package will normally ship within 48 hours of payment. International packages are shipped twice a week, and normally will ship within 5 days of your payment.
