Most vehicles are covered by Autocheck and EBay guarantees. Many have remaining manufacturer warranties or could be eligible for extended warranties. 
3. All vehicles undergo professional service and cleaning prior to delivery. Professional detailing is also available* (*additional charges may apply). 
4. We take great pride in selling nice, clean, pre-owned vehicles. However, please remember that you a bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. All pre-owned vehicles may or may not have chips, dings, dents, scratches, scrapes, or imperfections due to normal everyday wear and use by the previous owner. We spend a lot of time hand picking all of our vehicles and we try our very best to describe them as honestly and accurately as possible. We are however human and do occasionally make mistakes and miss something. We encourage all bidders to view the vehicle before bidding.

WARRANTY INFORMATION CENTER

Many of our vehicles are subject to manufacturer warranties. If we find it possible, and to the best of our knowledge, we will inform you of the length of factory warranty and the expiration date of the factory warranty. 
When you buy any type of vehicle, it might be a good idea to afford yourself the protection that a warranty can provide. This is especially true when buying a pre-owned vehicle. Most vehicles offered by us are eligible for extended warranty, offered either by manufacturer or third-parties. Such warranty purchase is an additional cost above the purchase of this vehicle. It is not included in the final sale amount. For your financial convenience, and depending on how you plan to pay for the vehicle, you might be able to incorporate the cost of the warranty into your vehicle financing, or you may opt to pay for the warranty separately. *Certain requirements, limitations or exclusions may apply. 
All vehicles are being sold as is, whereis with no warranties, expressed, written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. As any used vehicle, minor wear may appear under close scrutiny; this includes small sand and/or rock chips and/or scratches . We believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. Therefore we try to show the car from every possible angle. Please, look at the pictures and email us any concerns prior to placing a bid. We would like you to feel safe and confident when bidding.

Trade-Ins

We are glad to announce that we now accept trade-ins on most vehicle sales. Trade-ins are evaluated on case-by-case basis. If you are interested in trading your vehicle, please contact us and provide the following information about your vehicle: year, make, model, engine size, options, color (interior/exterior), VIN number, condition of the vehicle, mileage, pictures and how much you are looking to add in addition to your vehicle in order to complete the transaction. All the trade-ins must be delivered to us at your cost.

Non-Paying Bidders

Now, we will not be discovering America by stating that EBay is the greatest and the fastest growing marketplace in the world. Unfortunately, with the rapid growth, certain problems are bound to come about. For us, powersellers and an EBay-centric business, non-paying bidders are such a problem. While a relatively small number of buyers ever become Non-Paying Bidders ("NPB"), some due to lack of attention, other due to lack of responsibility, and yet others due to mischief, we, as business operators, have to make sure that these individuals will be held responsible and accountable if their actions cause us damages and/or inconvenience, as they always do. EBay always takes action against these individuals, but it is our responsibility to ensure that we recover damages caused by such actions. It is for that reason we had to incorporate this section into our auctions.

Therefore, any and all winning bidders who will not complete a transaction in accordance with terms and conditions contained herein and terms and conditions of a statement/bill, which for all intent and purpose should be considered a part hereof, will be subject to the following:

1. Immediate reporting to EBay, subject to EBay's policy for non-paying bidders.
2. All motor-vehicle auction NPBs will be charged a minimum fee of $300, in addition to any and all liquidated damages which may be incurred by us. All non-motor-vehicle auction NPBs will be charged a minimum fee of $25, in addition to any and all liquidated damages which may be incurred by us. Non-payment of this fee and, if applicable, of the liquidated damages will be subject to collection proceedings, legal proceedings and any and all such other actions as may be needed to recover our damages, material and otherwise, in addition to any and all collection and/or attorney fees.
