GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
  • We have a 100% guarantee that all of our items will perform as stated. We will either replace the item or refund 100% if the item does not live up to our guarantee.
  • If you make a mistake and the item is not what you need, we will take care of you! You may return the item for a refund of the purchase price or you may exchange the item for what you do need. If you want to exchange the item, you pay any price difference and the shipping both ways.
  • If the item packaging is damaged or we are unable to reuse the packaging there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  • If you have any questions about our Guarantee or Return policy just drop us an e-mail at ebay@computerstuffstore.com and we will be glad to answer as soon as possible.


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are going to ship your item using the best possible method. The general rule of thumb we follow is if the item is 2 pounds and under it will be shipped by USPS. Heavier packages will be delivered by UPS. There are some exceptions, so do not be surprised if you think it should be by one method then it is shipped another. We ship the item the best method for both of us, for weight and speed, and we will always package the item so that it arrives safely.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR,  etc. and all packages 2 pounds and under will be delivered by USPS. Pay the same rate for these items as listed above.  For items over 2 pounds you will have additional shipping costs than what is stated since we can not use UPS.  See the chart here US Shipping & Handling Rate Chart for your shipping charge.
All items to Canada will be shipped by USPS and be delivered to you by Canada Post.  To calculate S&H charges to you, take the total weight of your order (all items) and look at the following chart Canada Shipping & Handling Rate Chart

  • We ship Monday through Friday, normally within 24 to 48 hours of payment receipt. Payments made on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All payments are to be in US Dollars.  If we ship to the state of Iowa you must add 6% sales tax.
Checks and Money orders are our Preferred method of payment.  International Money orders must be in US dollars and able to be drawn on a US Bank. When the auction is over or you Buy-It-Now you will receive an automated e-mail from us with all the instructions.  It is quite long and should have all your questions answered like our address / phone number / how to pay us directly with credit cards etc.

We expect payment in a reasonable amount of time.  We do file warnings at about 15 days, so if there is a problem just let us know.

We send shipping notices.  You will receive an e-mail from us with date and method of shipment.  This should be within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment.  If you do not receive this e-mail please contact us so we can look into it.  We can miss things or if you are using PayPal you never know if it is going to come through or not. 

We communicate with you by using your eBay e-mail address and this is how we track everything.  If this e-mail address is not valid or does not work then that is why you would not receive any e-mails from us.   If you do not hear from us in 1-3 days please contact us us and find out why.

When we ship by UPS you will receive a tracking notice from UPS to your eBay e-mail address on the day it is shipped.  When we ship by USPS to addresses within the 50 US States, you will receive at your eBay e-mail address a Delivery Confirmation number.

If you see this just pay us by any method BUT PayPal and get a free 6' USB cable. Limit one per person per week. You have to ask for it with your payment. It pays to read everything.
