Returns and Re-Selling of Merchandise

At no time do we offer refunds on software training products you purchase from us. We will however work with you on any problems that may occur with your software to get your software working or we will offer replacement CD's if needed. In addition as part of your buying agreement we require you to agree that you will not resell our products on eBay or any other means if your not an authorized re-seller... Most of our products are highly technical and we cannot have people making copies of our products and then re-selling our product to someone else and then that person calling us for support...No support will be offered accept to the original purchaser.. Please respect our property rights and don't resell our products... We will report and take legal action against all those who violate our legal rights.... Thank you for your understanding...
