Hello!  I am a buyer and seller here on eBay.  I sell anything from handcrafted items that I have made or used items I have and need to get rid of. 

First of all, I have a no refunds-no return policy, unless it is my handmade jewelry which I can try to fix.  If you want insurance it is your responsibility to send extra money to cover the item as I don't insure my items.  If something arrives broken, that is not my fault.  So do not blame me or you will not get any feedback from me.  I expect feedback to be left when your item arrives and then I will post your feedback.

I am not hard to deal with, really I am not.  From now on I will not  be charging shipping.  I will include everything in my prices.
