Contact Left Limited specialises in supplying Kit and Equipment to the Armed Forces and the Close Protection Industry.

In order to satisfy our clients’ different needs, we are constantly; researching, reviewing and updating our product range. So far, this has led to the introduction of a range of products dealing with; Country Life pursuits, Wine and Beer making, Instructional Aids and a range of Children’s’ Military Kit.

Contact Left Limited was set up by an ex Soldier who currently lectures to students wishing to join the Uniformed Services.

A former Training Instructor his Qualifications include:

Commando trained, Artic Warfare trained, Jungle Warfare trained, Platoon Weapons Instructor, many other Military Quals besides Teaching and IT qualifications.

During his career, he served Operationally in IRAQ and SIERRA LEONE and exercised in: Norway, France, Holland, Spain, Jordan, America and Brunei to name but a few, in addition, to spending plenty of time exercising on Dartmoor, Brecon and Leek. He finished his military career instructing Infantry Tactics and Weapons.

The other founder of the company is the Full Time partner whose main priority in life is providing CLIENT SATISFACTION.

She is an experienced World Wide Traveller who when providing Client Satisfaction is under canvas in the Lake District or Vietnam, these trips have been limited to 8 weeks per year at the moment!

She is also experienced in the art of Wine and Beer making, which, is one of the reasons we have added these products to our shop inventory. These items are proving to be very popular. A, BA Graduate with formal Teaching and IT qualifications - her qualifications and life experiences are endless. Moreover, she is a Mother/Grandmother – which, accounts for the inclusion of the Children’s Range – and a travel enthusiast who believes in the lifelong Journey of learning. At present a Managing Director/Company Secretary and a Student Accountant.

One service, which, is not sold through EBAY that this multi talented member of the Company Provides is, Lesson Design. This is, an understandably, costly service. However, the design includes:

PowerPoint Presentations, Handouts, Assessments, Group Activities and Lesson Plans.

Contact Left Limited sells a wide range of products. These range from custom designed items made by ourselves, to retail items that we buy from suppliers (all products are 100% Genuine, Unlike some other sellers).

What makes us DIFFERENT from other sellers?

1.    Experience--- We not only have experience in the areas in which we sell, we take a lot of advice from serving members of all the Uniformed Services and the Close Protection Industry.

2.    Research----- We research the market at all times and produce Training Aids and stock kit that is relevant in today’s Hostile Environments whether that be for Soldiers in Afghanistan, Private Military Companies in Iraq or Doormen in Liverpool.

3.    Customer Service--- Once you have purchased an item from us or are planning to purchase we are available by both email and phone. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

4.    Finding Kit---- Not all items you may wish to purchase will be listed or you may not be able to find what you want anywhere else on eBay. On request, we will attempt to find these items of kit for you, either through our Suppliers or we will make contact with the manufacturers.

5.    Bespoke Kit--- Some items that you want may not be available or you may just have an idea for a piece of kit. In most cases, we can either produce the item (usually training aids) or be able to get the item made, for you. We have close ties with kit manufacturers.

6.    Postage Service-- Our aim is to provide NEXT DAY delivery. However, sometimes this will depend on the type of postage you choose and the time of day you purchase your item. Again, we are always available by phone or email if your item appears not to arrive on time.

7.    Advice---- If you are unsure about what to buy please contact us and we will advise you. This service is most commonly used when purchasing Body Armour.  Using information given by you we can carry out a full Risk Assessment depending on the Hostile Environment, you work in and advise on the best Armour (there is rarely a need for a Doormen to need level 3A Armour with level 4 plates, however, in areas of Iraq with the current Sniper Threat it is essential). This service is also ideal for Cadets who need advice and military style kit.

8.    Feedback----- We take your feedback very seriously, a lot of the items we sell are bought from Suppliers and it is important for us to have your input so we can advise potential customers of its qualities or more importantly any shortfalls. This is extremely important with the items that we make ourselves, we do not presume to be the best at anything and we welcome input and will add to items whether it be a good point for our Survival lessons or even a piece of kit we could include in our Commanders Model Kit or our Survival Kit.

We always leave positive feedback to positive feedback received. Please be patient, we do not use an automated feedback service so occasionally – due to dispatch pressures – this may not be immediate. However, we aim to service our feedback duties once a month.
