SHIPPING
We maintain a full warehouse in Charlotte, N.C. and work with several
vendors around the nation to provide high quality goods. Shipping is
usually via Ground UPS from our Distribution Facility in Charlotte, NC.
but can also include USP and freight delivery from other US locations to
destinations around the world.

listing will have a return/refund policy. Many of our items are
bedding items and are governed by health codes which prohibit the resale
if the package is opened. We also work with many other US
manufacturers whom sometime have their own policies as well.
