Hi there! Hey, take your shoes off -- ahhh -- that feels good ... Come for a walk with me on the shores of Lake Michigan ... the sand feels good and it's known as the "Singing Sands" because of the sounds it makes. To me, this is Home, and as well all know: There's no place like home!

Above you'll see me and just some of the people who make my life nearly perfect. Below you'll see some of the sights I see when I drive through my beautiful home town. It's a wonderful place to live, and once you've lived here, well ... if you do move away, I guarantee the lake and the shore will beckon you home! The seasons are wonderful! All four of them bring changes that help a person cycle through the year and appreciate each wonderful gift that each one brings. Lake Michigan is majestic, and its ebb and flow bring pure peace of mind as you sit there and watch and listen to its gentle waves and with the call of seagulls overhead. Aaah, the breeze is wonderful and the smell of the lake is, you guessed it: the smell of Home!

So this is where I am, and this is where you've come, and I hope you enjoy your stay! I hope I have some interesting things to show you.
I love going to live auctions - many of which are estate sales. I find it amazing that one can learn so much about a stranger by looking at their belongings - all chapters of their lives. Passions, interests, habits, travels, sentimental items that have been passed on from their families. Any observer could certainly write a small book once they've looked and handled so many things from these estate sales. And its kind of sad to think that one day, MY prized possessions might be laid out for anyone to buy ... but such is life. I suppose all material things eventually have served their purpose in one family and now is their chance to move on to another generation to enjoy and value.
Rich with midwestern culture, people from all over the country have brought their beloved pieces to my area of the country and settled in. I bring their former treasures to you in the form of "guilt free shopping"!

I've never specialized because my tastes are so broad. An extremely varied inventory keeps eBay fun for me, and interesting for my customers. I don't like having the same old thing every week.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal will send out an automatic notice immediately following the auction, and you'll hear from me, personally, within a few hours after the auction. You may choose which payment method is best for you, of course, but I prefer checks or money order, and I obviously take Paypal. **I never say no to diamonds or any other Bling Bling. Fanny Maye candy is also considered legal tender, although I tend to appreciate organic as well! I do NOT accept children as payment -- been there - done that!

POLICIES

SHIPPING - A shipping calculator should always be on the page. If it isn't, please feel free to e-mail us with your zip code and city prior to bidding for a shipping quote. I use USPS and UPS and Fedex on these items and we will figure the shipping charges for you. International bidders are always welcome.
We always combine multiple items won to save on shipping costs! (Personally, I think shipping should be free!) If the auctions are closing on different days, just send us a reminder that you will be bidding on multiple auctions - we don't mind holding your items for the remainder of the auctions to close!
We promise not to hassle you if your payment is not received within 7-10 days! We realize everyone gets busy - we do! If your payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time, you will receive a gentle reminder. We have found most people have just forgotten they've won!
