| We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is our preferred payment methods but we will accept money orders or cashiers checks for US purchases. We only accept PayPal for international transactions. Sorry no personal checks or cash. Payment must be received within 10 business days of the item closing, or buyer forfeits all rights to purchase. Merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. There is no sales tax on orders delivered outside of California, for California deliveries we collect sales tax as required by law. California residents need to add 8.25% sales tax to final item amount.

| We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia/Asia, Mexico, Europe and Japan. Our shipping carriers are USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS. The majority of our items are shipped via USPS mail. Sorry no local pickup. Insurance is at the discretion of the winning bidder and can be added for an additional fee. Seller is not responsible or liable for "Lost" or "Damaged in Shipping" items that are not insured. After your merchandise has been shipped, you will receive an email from us detailing the shipping date and tracking information. To expedite shipping orders shipped via USPS are insured through Stamps.com, please report any problems to the shipper: kstuart@coolskies.com . US shipping and handling charges are listed in the item description section and the shipping charge section of the auction listing. International shipping and handling charges are listed in the item description section. If international shipping chargers are not listed in the item description section, please email us for a quote. We combine or discount shipping charges on multiple purchases to save you money. All items are careful packaging and shipped fast, most items ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. | | Product Returns and Exchanges
| When making a return, insure the item for its purchase price, pre-pay the shipping charges (USPS standard rate with tracking); if the return is due to a defective item, a packing error or a item description error made by Cool e-Solutions, we will refund the shipping charges you paid to return the item. Except when noted we will accept product for return or exchange under the following conditions:
| | All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Cool e-Solutions before shipping any product to our offices. We must be notified by e-mail that the item is being returned within three business days after it is delivered. (Please include in detail the reason for returning the item). To receive a return authorization number, please contact the Customer Service Department at sales@coolskies.com. The item must be received at our office within 15 days after the authorization number is issued in the same condition as shipped. If possible, products should be returned in their original box. If not available, a strong box is requested to prevent product damage, or further product damage. Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange. The merchandise must be sent shipping prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused. There will be a 10% restocking fee for any items that are returned unless the following conditions apply - shipment error, defective or damaged product or exchanges. Returns: For returns customer will receive a full refund (less the restocking fee original shipping charges and insurance). Exchanges: For exchanges the cost of reshipment will be paid by customer. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS of receipt of order without first getting approval or authorization from Cool e-Solutions.
