Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. (God bless our troops not the war).
Acceptable Payment Methods
*If you want to use PayPal, go through eBay's checkout. Payment is due within 5 calendar days of auction end.
Shipping Methods
We ship three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We use first class mail through the post office for packages weighing less than 13 ounces. Orders mailed first class should arrive in 3 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS after shipment.
Due to ever increasing postal rates, large orders of 4 or more movies will be shipped media mail.
Media mail can take 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
Combined Shipping
Please pay for multiple items with ONE COMBINED PAYMENT. If you win multiple movies PLEASE wait for a combined invoice before sending payment!
Sales Tax
If you live in Washington State
We must charge sales tax based upon destination. PLEASE wait for an invoice before sending payment. Thank you
Return Policy
Returns accepted for defective merchandise only within 3 days of receipt. Please email us before sending an item back to explain problem. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once item is received, it will be tested to verify complaint. If the item is truly defective a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
Feedback
PLEASE email us BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback. If there is a problem with your order we will work with you to resolve it.
Local Pickup is NOT available. We are a mail order business.
