Cooper Classics LTD is updating its policies regarding Ebay. One of
our first sales on Ebay resulted in negative feedback due to an issue
of miscommunication (Click
Here to Read our Volkswagen Story!). The incident occured over 6
years ago, and we have had a spotless record ever since. We have been
a little gun shy since our VW incident; therefore, we have not offered
as many cars as we would like. Our reputation on Ebay is very important
to us; therefore, we are instituting a new policy in order to present
more cars on Ebay
After almost 30 years of being in the business of selling, buying,
and at one time, restoring, classic cars we have earned the reputation
of one of the oldest, finest, and most respected Classic Cars Facilities
in the world. We look forward to establishing such a reputation on Ebay,
and we are asking our clients to work with us during this process. Our
new policy will reflect the following:
1) The winning bidder will either inspect the car in person, or send
a third party to inspect the car.
2) After inspection, and prior to shipping the winning bidder must
leave feedback validating that the car was as-described and that they
are completely satisfied.
3) If for any reason the winning bidder is not totally satisfied with
the car, or their third-party's report, we will return the deposit and
cover the expense of the inspection.
