I was medically retired on 11/26/06 after receiving 2 injuries while working. The first injury required surgery of the L4/5 with rods and screws implanted(8/10/00). Returned to work in Feb of 01 and on 11/26/02 sustained another injury to my low back and my neck area. My 2nd surgery to my low back was on 7/22/06 L4/5 L5/S1 fusions with rods and screws removed. My C6/7 is waiting to have surgery done.

UPDATE; 5/1/09, I have been out of work since 1/3/03 and still waiting on aproval for neck surgery, now my C5/6 and C4/5 and impaired and will need surgery, also my T12/L1, L1/2, L2/3, L3/4 all are disintegrating or gone. My workmans comp runs out (max 400 weeks) in Sept '10.
