Our History...

Diane and I, began our retail experience over 10 years ago, to supplement our employment income, much the same as many of you probably have done in the past...

The most important thing that we have learned along the way, is that our Customers are our #1 Priority!

We have been members of eBay since June 2002, mostly buying items from other sellers.  In October of 2007, we thought we would give it a go, as eBay Sellers, and started selling Copper Jewelry & Gift items...

In early 2008, we started listing Belt Buckles, Belts, Magnetic Jewelry, and new Earrings & Necklaces.

eBay is and always will be, the most economical way of selling products to people all over the world!

We hope to continue selling more and more items on eBay as time goes by, and eventually, we hope to supplement our retirement income with it as well...

The Way We Do Business...

As eBay buyers, we learned how a customer is supposed to be treated;  honestly and fairly... 

That is why we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will do what ever we can to make it right, including a full refund of your purchase price.

A little insight:   As a Buyer, you should be aware of the sellers on eBay offering a 'low' front end purchase price, and then overcharging for shipping, so they could still make their profit margins.  eBay frowns on this approach as well... 

We promised ourselves, that we would never overcharge for shipping.  That is why the majority of our items ship for FREE!

As a Buyer, the one thing you should check before buying or bidding on an item, is the associated shipping costs.  Have a look at the competition for the same product, and you may be able to get it cheaper.  The initial cost may seem higher, but with Free Shipping, you will end up paying far less for the exact item when you buy it.

(ie - 1)  A bracelet has a low starting price of $16.95, but with a $10.00 shipping charge.  The same bracelet from another seller is listed at $17.95, but with only a $5.00 shipping charge.  Once you do the math, you will see that the second bracelet with the higher starting price is actually cheaper than the first bracelet with the lower starting price!  ($22.95 as opposed to $26.95)

(ie - 2)  Another item sells for $12.00, but with a shipping fee of $2.50, total cost to purchase this item will be $14.50.  Another seller lists the exact same item at $12.95, but they offer FREE SHIPPING!  Total cost is just $12.95 from this seller...

Why do we ship most of our items without charge?  Mainly because we don't believe in overcharging for shipping!

Our Reputation as Sellers on eBay...

From our humble beginnings as Sellers on eBay in October of 2007, with only about 10 listings, we have grown, and continue to grow in listings and sales.

Detailed Seller Ratings is an opportunity for the Buyer to leave Feedback as to how they feel they were treated by the seller.  All Sellers on eBay should strive to have the highest DSR possible...  Not everyone will leave Feedback, or take the time to rate us on our service, etc...  But that is ok, for those who do, we thank you!!

Please keep in mind, when leaving feedback, that Shipping Time in the 5 STAR rating system eBay uses, refers to the time it takes me to actually get your item to the Post Office and Ship it out, Not the time it takes Canada Post to deliver your item to you... I strive to get your item shipped within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed and cleared payment.

NOTE:    We ship every business day, and sometimes twice in the same day.  If you buy an item in the morning, I sometimes come home from work during my lunch hour and prepare and mail your purchase out before I go back to work for the afternoon!  Now that is dedication to our eBay customers!!
