WELCOME TO THE FLATLANDS OF ILLINOIS THIS BUSINESS TOOK ROOTS ABOUT 40 YEARS AGO WHEN MY PARENTS STARTED COLLECTING AND SELLING ANTIQUE FURNITURE, GLASSWARE AND NIC NACS. I GREW UP HELPING WITH THEIR BUSINESS, WATCHED AND LEARNED ALONG THE WAY. DAD KNEW HIS FURNITURE, MOM KNEW THE GLASSWARE AND I BROUGHT IN MY KNOWLEDGE OF 50S-80S COLLECTIBLES. AFTER THEIR BUSINESS CLOSED, THEY HAD BOOTHS IN SEVERAL AREA ANTIQUE MALLS. THOUGH DAD IS GONE NOW, MOM AND I CONTINUE TO KEEP THE LEGACY OF HIS LOVE FOR HISTORY AND ANTIQUES ALIVE. WE ARE CURRENTLY IN A LOCAL ANTIQUE MALL AND DO A COUPLE OF FLEA MARKETS EVERY YEAR.
