Hi.  Our names are Billy and Linda.  We are just getting started, but we can assure you that we are honest and will do everything we can to make your buying experience a smooth process.  We do offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on almost all of our products.  If you are not completely satisfied, simply pay the return shipping via parcel post (or whatever is least expensive for you) and upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
