I wanted to take an opportunity to explain my most recent NEGATIVE feedback received, as eBay will not allow me to post a reply to the feedback defending myself and providing proof that ebay buyer MISSUSBILL did in fact receive her item. USPS tracking/delivery confirmation #9102 1282 1237 2920 6747 03 confirms it was in fact delivered. MISSSUSBILL believes I should refund her money even though USPS states she received her item and when I refused to refund her money for an item she received she threatened negative feedback.

We recently lost our home and everything in it due to a fire that occured. The fire burned our home to the ground~We lost everything but a few items retrieved from our shed! Its been a VERY humbling but chaotic time. Our home was rebuilt --and we are moved back in but still not fully whole!!! I believe we have gotten alot of the rough patches out of the way that occured during the initial displacement which is the cause for many of my negatives and neutrals--people werent as understanding as I had hoped they would be--products I had on hand went up in flames and I worked tirelessly to find replacements for people, but could not do it as fast as they had wanted! So please know there was a VERY good reason behind my delays in shipment and know that is not my usual way of doing business--I had just thought there would be a little more understanding out there. Below are pictures of the home during the FIRST fire and then after the next 5 fires that kept igniting! (Some people were even nasty and mean enough to tell me that I was lying and posting fake pictures of the house fire! This is something I would NOT wish on anyone to have to go through--it is the worst situation to have absolutely NOTHING--to those that have hardened hearts~may you NEVER have to experience such loss and devastation)

Know that if they have the Toby Tested statement in the listing this means QUALITY! Toby is our Australian Cattle/Shepherd mix dog and he is what they call an 'agressive chewer'. He is so aggressive that he has eaten part of our leather couch, our wooden bannisters, our wooden deck, several shoes, socks, underwear, food scoopers, trash cans...the list goes on. Needless to say he has been hospitilized quite a bit for things he has swallowed. Soooo, many toys and treats do not stand up to his chewing. Most of the items I offer here WILL!! Just remember if it says TOBY TESTED it means quality and long life!! Now meet my four legged kiddies: Toby, Big Dawg, and, Belle aka Ma Belle with her baby Ka'tty K'at pronounced K-AHHH-T-Y K-AHH-T (YES her baby is a kitty!), and of course there was Crash, & Gizmo (passed away 8/08) and our newest arrival Bean aka Beanie Baby .
The hubby is a Chief Petty Officer and a Combat Camera man/photojournalist for the Navy. He has received many awards and honors including Sailor of the Year!! Our home also includes two children ~ a boy that is 16 going on 30 who is a big soccer star--he is on the school team as well as Division 3 AAU travel team for soccer~and a girl that is 13 going on 16~whom I named my eBay biz after CourtneysKornerOnline.com~She is a BIG helper with my Ebay selling~she sorts, folds, & packs items away that are currently listed; then she will help pack, label & ship items that have sold. She is very proud to be 'employed' & loves to get paid with a search on Ebay for a new Porcelain doll for her collection or these days something to do with Twilight!

Please know that YOU are important to me--I am not a big time eBay store seller with multiple locations online and out in the world. I do this to supplement my husband's military pay and because I enjoy it...most of the time. My hours can change depending on my 'real life' job I have outside of eBay--I do my very best to check email's for questions and answer them ASAP. Since I have night time hours this means the processing of your order will not start until the next business day (holidays and weekends are NOT business days). Items purchased after 4pm EST on a Friday will not be processed until Monday. 1. - FULL Payment is required within 5 days of auction END (YES 5 days~this means payment MUST be in MY hands by day 5. Or a non paying bidder alert WILL be filed. IF YOU SUSPECT THAT ANY EVENTS MAY OCCUR WHICH WOULD HINDER YOUR ABILITY TO MAKE GOOD ON YOUR PAYMENT PLEASE DO NOT BID!! Please note your item will NOT be mailed until funds have cleared! As of January 15th, 2009 eBay has restricted payment methods and will only allow PayPal as a payment method--Paypal CAN be used for check payments as well--it is safe and secure way to pay via check! HOWEVER, I do accept personal checks and money orders as well...email me for details.
2. -I WILL gladly combine shipping (on select items) on multiple auctions won in a 5 day time period on items mailed from MY home office to save YOU $$! (Some items are shipped from distributor--I can combine shipping if they are being mailed from same warehouse only) I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, please note the "handling" is based on my time and supplies (tape, envelopes, stuffing, boxes, gas, etc). YOU WILL receive an email from Paypal stating when your item is mailed as well as an email from me (be sure to check SPAM/Bulk mail folders). Please note paypal will provide a delivery confirmation number~NOTE this number is CONFIRMATION only and usually does not provide tracking info as USPS does NOT update this info until an item is delivered. ALSO NOTE on each listing the Shipping Information~as some items are shippd from the warehouse and can take UP TO 10 BUSINESS days to ship~this is CLEARLY noted in EVERY listing~the length of handling time. **ALSO if you are an international customer PLEASE NOTE--due to customs your package can be delayed for various reasons--I can NOT guarantee ANY time frame for international packages--some arrive in 6 days and others in 45 days--I have NO CONTROL over this I do NOT work for customs!
3. -All shipping quotes in auction listing are CONTINENTAL USA rates only! ***BEFORE Assuming that my shipping rates are inflated to make a buck CONSIDER THIS--which can be confirmed by going to www.UPS.com OR www.fedex.com OR www.usps.com--the cost to mail a ONE pound package to a neighboring town by UPS ground costs $8.32 OR via Priority in flat rate box $9.80!! Please note most items are shipped using UPS AND NOTE they ADD a fuel surcharge as well as a residential delivery surcharge--PLEASE DO NOT leave adverse feedback or low score for shipping rates--I DONT control the rates!! Or at least BEFORE you leave poor scoring for shipping costs--go to the shipping sites and VERIFY the actual cost to ship your item to know that I am not inflating shipping costs!!
4. -E-mail me with ANY questions-I am a very honest person & not out to con anyone. I try my very best to describe items as best as possible-I am human and I do miss things sometimes. I want everyone to be happy in their purchases so I try to give you the best description possible!! PLEASE***PLEASE***PLEASE if you are NOT satisfied with your item and you feel it did NOT represent the listing description, please contact me BEFORE you leave adverse feedback--we may be able to amicably settle the matter.
5. -Your email address will be added to my weekly email update mailing list--if you do NOT wish to receive those updates please let me know. There will always be a REMOVE option in each email you receive so that you may remove your email address at anytime. Note your email address will NOT be shared with any third parties, entities, etc...NO ONE!
6. -Most Items are sold are as is w/no returns, however, items that are misrepresented (meaning they do NOT match the listing description) can be returned for a full refund. Items MUST be returned to ME in order to receive refund!! No return, NO refund! Shipping/handling will NOT be refunded unless there is a misrepresentation on my part (such as wrong size, wrong color, etc)!
7. -YES I do work for USPS and this has allowed me insight into how packages get delayed, lost, misdelivered, etc so even though I work for USPS once the item leaves my mailbox I can not control when/where/how/why an item arrives to you. Leaving adverse feedback for shipping reasons is unfair since I have NO control over it-I suggest you check out the date stamp on each envelope/package to ensure your package was in fact sent in a timely manner & that it was someone or some machine in the Post Office NOT me that caused the delay in your package~ALSO YOU could be the reason for the delay~be sure your address is CORRECT with Paypal including street numbers and FULL zip codes as well as some carriers leave notices and NOT packages for you~this means your item is waiting at the postoffice for YOU!! CourtneysKornerOnline.com now offers insurance on EVERY package and tracking on most of your purchases!!
8. Some of my items as mentioned above are shipped from the warehouse since I do not have unlimited storage capabilities~this means I do not always know if the item has sold out and many times they dont know at the time of my order/request. Therefore, some items become backordered. I always ask if you wish to wait until the item arrives or if you prefer a refund.
9. -We are an animal loving family and we do have 2 furry little curious cat critters as well as 3 dogs in our family ~Please keep this in mind if you are allergic. I do wash and clean all items (except those NWT) and store them away, however, cats as well as chew monster Toby~are curious creatures and my little ones (and not so little ones!) have been known to raid a box or two or even lay on top of the sealed boxes-thus a few hairs can be left even with the best precautions.
