Our names are Penny and Steve Gurko and we created Crafters Outpost, LLC.

We originally come from back east but we live in picturesque Arizona now. We miss the Tri-State area, the shore and the usual hustle and bustle of that fast pace area of the country. Even as fast as it is back east, we always took time to smell the roses if you know what I mean. The beautiful mountains of upstate New York to the oceans and beaches of the scenic New Jersey shore. However what we don't miss is the cold weather, snow and ice. Not to say we don't have that weather out here, we do. A couple of hours away is where the high country is, Flagstaff  and the Grand Canyon to the north and Tucson to the south. So whenever we have the need to feel the snow and ice we just take a drive. Then if we long for the ocean we take a six hour ride out to San Diego and spend a few days there. We like the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld but I think the most favorite thing we like to do is walk around the streets and visit the shops or travel up the coast to Seal Beach. I guess you could say that we've come accustomed to the warmer climate. Where we live now is very hot in the summer and beautifully warm in the winter.

Well now that's a little about us. We're currently enjoying our business and have made a commitment to not only you but to ourselves as well. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Both Penny and myself have been in the customer service field for years which now is benefiting us with our business.
