Are those cross stitch pieces hand-made?

Yes, they are all hand-stitched. We do not use sewing machines on any parts of our work. Reason? We honestly don't know how these complicated, beautiful patterns can be finished by a sewing machine.  We include pictures of the front and the back of each item in our listing description. You may click the picture to take a close look of the item. The pictures won't lie. High-resolution pictures of the itmes are also available upon request.

How will these finished cross stitch be shipped to my address?

All items are shipped using bubble mailers or tubes via air mail. It usually takes around 7 working days for the shipment to be delivered to anywhere in the world. Registered mail is available upon request (with extra charge.  Online or telephone tracking function is available for customers in some countries.  Please ask us for sure).

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, we are always happy to combine shipping to save cost. Shippments can be combined as follows.

1 item: 9.95USD
2 ~ 4 items: 19.90USD
5 items or above: 29.90USD

Do you have any return policy?

Yes, we have 100% money back policy. If you find the finished cross stitch is significantly different from our item description, and you are not satisfied with the item, we will provide full refund of your payment. So please bid with confidence.
