My name is Annie. I have been selling craft supplies on ebay for over 4 years now. My little "hobby" just keeps growing and I now travel overseas direct to the manufacturers a few times a year to source new products to bring back to Australia, cutting out the middle man and bringing you the best possible prices.

How fast do you answer questions ?

I always try and answer emails within 24 hours of receiving them during the week. At weekends questions are not normally answered until Monday.

Why have I not received an answer ?

The ebay messaging system is notoriously bad and sometimes I do not receive the original question. Please do not think I am ignoring you. Emails can also be sent direct to annie@craftybitz.com. Please note if you have a hotmail email address your answers sometimes go through to your junk mail filter !

How quickly are my items sent ?

The official line is within 48 hours of receiving payment but more often than not I post on the day payment is received, payments received after 12pm on Fridays will be sent Monday morning.

Need an item sent to a different address?

No worries - Please either change the address through ebay checkout or email me. I will acknowledge the change - if you do not hear from me then I have not received the email !

How long will my items take to arrive ?

Items within NSW will usually arrive within 2-3 working days
Items within Capital Cities usually arrive within 3-4 working days
Items to remote areas of Australia may take up to 14 working days
Items outside Australia within 7 - 14 working days from payment

Something not right with your order ?

I endeavour to pack everything carefully and accurately. If I have had a "blonde" moment (or a "brunette" moment as Jenny says!) or auspost have man handled your parcel please let me know and I will rectify the situation straight away.
