 Aim Outboard Recyclers is located in Ottawa, Ont. Canada & we have been in business since 2002. We have been building custom outboard racing engines and re-manufacturing parts for outboard racing applications since the beginning. We have re-produced and delivered over 20 complete 44xs racing engines to various racers in Canada and the US, this engine has not been in production since 1989. We also re-manufactured various parts in support of the engines on-going use in the sport. On top of that we have built Aim Outboard Recyclers into a full outboard motor service facility offering repairs, restorations and engine rebuilding services.

 In October of 2008 we moved into our new location, allowing us more room to add new equipment such as our Kwik-Way boring bar, Kwik-Way 092 cylinder hone and Sunnen connecting rod honing station. Our new facility also offers two new 12 x 40 foot full service bays which are open all year. We now also have more room for more parts, and that is what our e-bay store is all about parts. New, NOS, Vintage and Re-manufactured.  We often buy wholesale outboard part lots which gives us a constant flow of hard to find or NLA parts.  We will be updating our Ebay store on a regular basis to include these parts and more. Please check the store frequently for more additions.  The Store is always open; 24hrs per day for your convenience.  Most of the items you find in the store are buy-it-now; which means no delays for you, buy - pay - ship what could be easier. 

 Aim Outboard Recyclers' owner is a licensed Marine Technician for more then 20 years as well as an Ontario Certified Automotive Technician. He has been working on engines marine, automotive and diesels for over 25 years with over 100 outboard racing engine to his credit. • We only provide Shipping to Canada and The United States. 

• You the buyer are responsible for all Shipping Cost associated with your purchase

• We will not ship to P.O. Boxes

• We only ship to verified addresses.

• We must have your phone number and full name for US destined packages for custom purposes

• We often sell complete motors on Ebay. These items will require further handling charges sometimes a crate is required to ship the item or we must separate the item into separate boxes. These Large items will be subject to an additional fee for crating and/or extra handling. Please verify before you bid on the item you are watching. These terms are NOT Negotiable.

• Canadian Customers will be billed the 6% gst on top of the cost of the goods purchased.

• Ontario Residents will be charged PST and GST on top of the cost of the goods purchased. 

• We are not Liable for shipping damage and we do not automatically include Shipping Insurance, if you would like your item insured please ask us about the extra cost to do so. It is the customers responsibility to pursue the carrier for shipping damages. 

• We Normally ship via Canada Post Expedited Service. This provides tracking information and a proper receipt for the shipment. This service offers 7-10 day service for most destinations, we apologize but we cannot control the postal carriers, we will assist you in tracking the items if necessary.

• Our preferred payment method is Paypal for all of our Auctions

• We will accept Money Orders. US money orders must be INTERNATIONAL only. The Green Postal money orders are non-negotiable in Canada. A Money Order will delay your shipment by up to 5-7 days. This is important, if we receive a green money order we will consider that as NON-Payment of the item and reserve the right to relist the item following one e-mail to the buyer to resolve the situation. This will require payment via paypal at this point and we will return or destroy the Money Order upon the buyer's approval.

• We do NOT accept Personal Checks, Sorry.

• Payment from buy-it-now auctions is due with 48 Hours. If you have an issue we need to be notified within 24 hrs of the auction closing. We reserve the right to relist the item and file a NBP with Ebay in this regard.  If you are sending payment you must notify us within 24 Hrs of the close of the auction.

• Any extra handling fees or crating fees must be included with your total payment or the item will not be shipped until full payment is received.

• Paypal paid items WILL only be shipped to the paypal verified address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds or Exchanges.

All of our goods are Considered Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the goods. We inspect and test the products we offer before listing them and offer the condition in the listing. If a product is defective upon receipt it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We sell many outboard racing parts and all of these items are final sales. They have no warranty expressed or implied. We do want to maintain our good and honest rating with the customer and with Ebay therefore if we can help we will.

Bidding

 We promote fair and honest ebaying, we are always on the watch for bad ebayer's and we will send reports to ebay upon discovery of such people in an instant. These are the rules and we all must follow them. Bidders with less then 5 feedbacks must e-mail us and introduce themselves as a potential bidder, if not we will cancel your bid and if we find your bid again we will report it. Shill bidding will absolutely not be tolerated this is illegal and unfair to the ebay community. Bid Shielding will be sought out and the high bid retractor will be held responsible for any relisting fees and possibly the bid placed on the goods if won at that price. If you are going to bid be sure you can buy, we will prosecute to the full extent of the law for non-paying bidders.

 We post these policies for your protection as well as ours. Please take the time to read them, it will prove to make our transaction that much smoother.

 Duties and Tax

 Buyers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes due to customs importing or exporting. We will only ship at the value of the auction. Canadian Residents will be charged gst on there purchases and Ontario residents will be charged pst as well as gst on top of the cost of the goods purchased. We will combine shipping of items. If you intend to purchase more items from us you must e-mail us within 24 hrs of the close of the auction you won to advise us of your intent to purchase additional goods. If this is a buy it now auction all goods must be purchased and paid for with 48hrs of each other no exceptions.
