I am what some people would call a Snap-on Tools nut. I prefer "collector". Almost ALL purchases I have made on eBay are Snap-on Tools. I buy the best tools and usually will pay top dollar. I pay FAST with PayPal and only ask 2 things of eBay Sellers. 1. That they ship in a timely manner, which means it arrives here within 10 days of payment. I feel that 10 days is sufficient time for shipping and mail/UPS to arrive since most purchases are from USA sellers. 2. That the tools are AS DESCRIBED in the auction (New/Used, engravings, grindings, rust, Chrome sockets wobbled out from being on an Impact Wrench/Gun or broken). I feel that items being as described is fair to BOTH buyer and seller. If there is going to be any shipping delay past 10 days, or the item I purchased is not what is described in the auction, then please, contact me ahead of time and let's resolve any potential issues up front BEFORE item has shipped. I have found that 99% of SELLERS ARE HONEST AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS, it's when there is a lack of communication that problems arise.
I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID ON TOOLS THAT HAVE ENGRAVINGS ON THEM! EVER! (Why would I want tools with someone else's name / initials on them?)
IF TOOLS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED (NEW/USED, ENGRAVED, RUSTED OR BROKEN) THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITH A REQUEST FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AT WHAT WAS CHARGED TO ME FOR SHIPPING. (Why should I be out money for something that was not disclosed in an auction? That would be poor customer service.)
I am ALWAYS in the market to buy Snap-on Tools! Especially NEW Snap-on Tools. If you have large or small Snap-on Tools sets you wish to sell then please email me at ebaycgtoj@gmail.com
