INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:   International rates are available in the drop-down menu at the bottom of item page.  Packages are sent US Postal Service first class international mail unless Global Priority is requested. Items cannot be sent marked "gift" but I'll do everything I can to help make your international purchase stress-free.  Most packages arrive within 10-14 days after shipping, but depending on the country it could take longer. USPS.com now offers tracking on many international packages through the customs form numbers.  You'll get an email through PayPal with a customs number for your package when it ships.

SHIPPING DAYS:  I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays and you'll receive an email confirming your shipment has gone out.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES:  If you have won more than one auction or purchased more than one item from my store, I'll send you a combined invoice for multiple items with a combined shipping rate or you can combine the purchases yourself through eBay or PayPal.  You pay shipping on the first item (item with the highest shipping rate) and the rest ships FREE! (US only, free combined shipping for international customers on panties only).  If you are still bidding on items that will end within 7 days, please let me know if you would like me to hold everything and ship them together.  I'll send you one invoice when you are ready to check out and you can pay for everything at that time. You must pay for everything on one invoice to qualify for free combined shipping.  Sometimes the auto-calculate feature for combined shipping doesn't work the way it should so if you try to combine your purchases and it doesn't work or the rate doesn't look right, let me know and I'll send you an invoice with the correct shipping. 

PAYMENT:  eBay requires that PayPal only be offered on their site, but if you can't use PayPal email me and I'll send you information for mailing payment.  I always send an email acknowledging payment so you know that it was received.  I don't insist on payment within a certain number of days, but if I don't hear from you at all within 7 days, I'll send a friendly reminder.  If I don't hear from you within 10 days, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed but you'll still be able to pay for the item within 7 days.  If you have zero feedback and I don't hear from you within 7 days, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed at that time.

RETURNS:  Customer satisfaction is very important to me, I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If there is a problem with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 2 days of receiving your package.  Many of the items I sell are "pre-owned" and though each item is inspected before listing and again before shipping, occasionally something will get overlooked.  If you receive an item that is not in the condition you expected, please don't hesitate to let me know.  I'll take a return and give you a full refund.  I'll also take a return if an item doesn't fit or you just don't like it, and refund the purchase price (shipping not refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer).
