How Did I Get Started
Crafts and sewing has been a passion and a source of income off and on for over 35 years. Never satisfied with giving the run of the mill gifts, I have tried to create items that are a little different and useful, things that can become a treasured memory or a conversation starter to its recipients. After receiving many positive compliments on these items and encouragement from family, Creations by Pen was launched.
I offer hot/cold corn bags in a large selection of fabric designs for men, women & children in my eBay Store.

Return Policy
Corn Bags
Since Corn Bags are a health related product, I am unable to offer a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your corn bag or it is damaged, please contact me first at cs@creationsbypen.com so that I may have an opportunity to make it right.
Shadow Boxes
We have a 30-day return policy from time you receive your merchandise. You may return your purchase for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise, less a 20% restock fee. There is not a refund for shipping. All merchandise must be returned in as new condition, including the item's box. We will not make a refund if the item and its box are not returned in as new condition. No exceptions. You MUST notify us via email within 14-days of delivery to be eligible for returns.
