All products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. The product must have all the components and accessories, and match outer and board level serial numbers of item shipped, all original packages (if it came with factory packaging), and all warranty tags must be intact, if applicable.

The product must be packed as well as when originally shipped to avoid damage in return shipping. Insurance Claims: Our warranty does not cover shipping damage, for this we insure every package has the appropriate level of insurance, any claims should be brought to our attention and we will begin the appropriate paperwork with the carrier. We assure you we will take care of any and all claims to your complete satisfaction!

If the product meets the above specifications and is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage the product will be either repaired, replaced, or refunded as noted above. Purchaser must notify seller within 30 days after receiving the product of any problem that may require a return.
