A- Depends if its in stock or Work in Progress. If its a work in progress please give two weeks to receive your item. We don't rush the ghouls when there creating your custom prop. Also items that are smaller and dont require Lare box shipping usally ship Extremely Fast in 1-2days after payment is Recived - Large BOX items Ship Slower - usally 10 days or more.. we send those UPS 7 day shipping...and take time. On Large Items we can ship fast 3 or 4 days for a Surcharge of $70.00 ups is expenseive on fast shippments...

DVD - If your DVDs Dont work we will replace them after you send back the broken DVDS

2. Creepy Collection Warranties it Custom corpse products for 2 years if they break from normal wear and tear in 2 years from when you purchased it they will repair or replace your prop.
