About Me:
The Creole Trader comes from a long line of traders and trappers from the Bayous, Rivers and Bays in Southwest Louisiana, a true Sportsmans Paradise. I have been buying and selling on eBay since the last moon of the second millennium. My home is smoke free and pet free. I have a small family so you and the internet keep me on my toes. I am attuned to my surroundings so as the world changes I will change my merchandise with it. Situated high atop a hill, a view of Indian Bay, a beautiful bridge and lots of Canadian Geese and Ducks keep me company while I work.

Payments:
To get your item ASAP, please use PAYPAL.
You may pay by Money Order or Cashiers Check. Just notify us of your wishes.
Upon notification, you will be provided the instructions on our alternative payment methods.
Regardless of payment method, please make contact within three days, payment must be received within ten days of the purchase, or the item will be re-listed, a non-paying bidder report will be filed
and subsequently (regrettably) NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be posted.
Lay Away:
A 25% deposit is required for the item(s) to be held for 60 days.
After paying the initial deposit, you have 60 days to pay-off the item(s) by either weekly or bi-weekly or monthly payments of your choice.
You choose payments that are most affordable for you. For every payment received, we will promptly notify and confirm receipt of payment and the remaining balance via email.
Once the balance has been fully paid within 60 days of initial deposit, we will promptly ship your item. You may pay-off your layaway at any time.

Save 50 % on regular listed shipping rate for additional items purchased!
The buyer is responsible for shipping and has the option to include insurance at an additional price.
If insurance is waved, the buyer is responsible if the item is lost or damaged during shipping. We
pack each piece with care and do encourage you to insure your packages! A $2.00 handling fee is charged on all items.Shipping is done within 48 hours of receipt of payment via the least expensive carrier Usually USPS or UPS Ground.
UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping is available upon request.

Exchanges & Returns:

Creole Trader has a 10-day full refund/exchange policy less shipping.
Both of the following two conditions must be met:
1. The item must be in the same condition as when shipped an accompanied with a letter stating the
reason for the return/exchange.
2. If the item is damaged during shipment, the buyer must contact the carrier to file a damage claim.
Buyer must pay return shipping.
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned product.
Exchanges are gladly made for defective items.
Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Relisting Policy & Private eBay Auctions:I do not relist items that do not make their reserve.
If you see an item that you really like, I would encourage you to be serious in your bidding since you will not see that item relisted upon auction end. Any item that does not sell via a live auction is still available in my store for thirty days and is available for a private ebay auction to anyone who wishes to make an acceptible offer.
