We ship within the continental U.S. only. (Not Alaska or Hawaii)
**Shipping time:
Processing of your order can take 3-4 business days, although we try to keep that time as short as possible. The shipping time is usually an additional 10-14 business days. We ship most of our furniture by a freight carrier who handles furniture shipments. Some smaller items, such as occasional tables, may be delivered sooner by UPS. We choose the best method of shipping based on the size and type of furniture piece that is being shipped.
**Shipping notification and your phone number:
You will be notified once your order ships and an approximate delivery time frame will be given. The freight carrier will contact you and set up a time convenient for delivery. Deliveries are made during the week only. Your phone number is needed at the time of your order placement. UPS ground deliveries do not require an appointment.
**Warranties:
We ship first quality furniture. This product comes from manufacturers' overstocks and closeouts. We will honor the 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
**Our "no return" policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy does not mean that you should not refuse shipment of damaged product. This policy means if you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to hidden defects or other issues, you should call us. **Discounts to customers making multiple purchases:
Call or email us to see if we can save you money on your multiple item purchase. This discount would be for a purchase of several medium to large sized items shipping to the same address. This does not apply to furniture already sold in a set.
**Military discounts:
We offer a military discount with photo ID confirmation.
**Home deliveries:

**Before you sign for delivery:
Please inspect the carton before you sign for delivery. If there is any visible damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment or the carton that is damaged. Or if you sign for the shipment and there is damage, please note that when you sign for it. In the event you discover damage after you have opened the carton, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace items or parts that are damaged. Your satisfaction is important to us.
