Payment Information

US Customers only: You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Order or Cashiers Check.

If you are sending your payment, we require that all payments are received within 7 days to avoid non-payment feedback and cancellation of your order. Please write on your payment your shipping address and Item numbers (or eBay listing numbers). Please use the eBay checkout feature to indicate that you will be paying by check or money order.  You are required to complete the checkout process and let us know that you are sending payment within 3 days of end of auction.

If paying with PayPal we require that you make your payment within 48 hours of the end of auction. Paying with PayPal takes the worries out of internet shopping.

If paying with a Credit Card we require that you do so within 2 business days of the end of auction. Please checkout and call us during business hours with your credit card information. We will be happy to process your payment over the phone. You may also fax your credit card information to 1-866-434-2822. Please include the following information in your fax: eBay Item number, type of credit card, name as it appears on your card, complete billing address, expiration date, credit card number and security number usually located on the back of the card near the signature or right above the credit card number. If your shipping address is different than your billing address please include the billing address as well.

Non-Paying bidders:  Once you agree to buy an item from us you are agreeing to the terms of our contract.  These terms make part of a legal biding contract.  You are agreeing to pay for the item in a timely matter and to adhere to the terms, conditions and polices in the listings as well as our store policies.  Accounts that become delinquent may be turned over to collection.  Such actions may affect your to credit score.  Please bid only if you intend to pay.

Our system will automatically file an Unpaid Item Claim at the 7th day.  Once the claim is filed, your item may no longer be available.  If no payment is received, the system will also leave your account with proper feedback and block you from any future purchases.  This process is automatic and can not be stopped.  Please bid responsibly.

International Customers: All international shipments must be paid using PayPal, and will require your signature confirmation as proof of delivery. You must provide us with a valid phone number before we accept your order and ship your item to you. You are required to make your payment within 24 hours from the end of auction.

Shipping Information

We strive to ship all orders within one business days after they are placed. We do observe all US legal holidays.  Please allow up to two business days to process your order during peak times.

If your eBay email address is current, you will receive an automatic email letting you know when the item has shipped. The email will also give you tracking information so you may track your order from the moment it leaves our facilities until it arrives at your door. We use both FedEx and USPS.  Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery.  See map below for FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery transit times within the US.

For Domestic (US) shipping, the shipping option you select will determine how your order is shipped to you:

Important Notices:
Discounted shipping with combined payment: When you win an item, you will have 3 days to purchase other items and combine your shipping. Doing so will qualify your order for a 25% to 75% shipping discount. When you are ready to pay for your order, please request a revised total from us and we will e-mail an invoice with your discounted total. You may then pay for all of the items in one payment. Orders that are paid individually will be shipped individually and DO NOT qualify for shipping discounts.

Shipping Insurance: With the exception of items where Shipping Insurance is clearly included in the shipping and handling fees within the listing, every purchase you make with us is made to a shipment contract, FOB Winooski, Vermont. This means that the title for your item(s), as well as the risk of loss, pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For this reason, we provide the ability for you to purchase shipping insurance - which we highly recommend.  If you do not pay for shipping insurance, you are accepting any and all risks.

US Shipping Destinations: We ship anywhere within the US and its territories. All shipments are sent with signature required.  We reserve the right to change shipping methods for Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

We prefer to ship to your PayPal address (If paying by PayPal) or credit card billing address (if paying by credit card). 

International Destinations: All international shipments must be paid using PayPal within 24 hours of sale. All sales are final. Please bid responsibly as returns are not allowed for any international order. Due to the increased incidents of credit card fraud, if you do not have a confirmed PayPal address, we will hold your order for 2 to 5 days before shipping.

Your shipping charges for international destinations does not include insurance, and will require your signature as proof of delivery. If you decline to purchase shipping insurance, you are assuming all risks associated with delivering your item(s). In order for us to complete the mandatory customs forms, you must provide us with a valid phone number before we accept your order and ship your item to you.  

You are responsible for all Taxes and Duties in your own country and may be charged these fees when your package arrives at your destination. We will not mark packages as gifts. Depending on what country you are from, your processing time and shipping time may be different.  In order to provide with the most inexpensive shipping methods, we do not send gift boxes to international destinations.  If you require a gift box, you must add 3.00 USD to the total of your order.  Requests to include a gift box can not be completed unless you pay the additional charges.  No exceptions please.

We do not ship every item we sell to International Destinations.  Please check with each listing to see if the item you are purchasing can be shipped to your country.  No exceptions can be made.

Certain items we sell may be prohibited to ship to your country. We reserve the right to NOT ship to a particular international destination, cancel your order and refund any monies paid without reason.

Gift Wrap: We will be glad to gift wrap your orders, shipped within the US, free of charge. When requesting that your item is gift wrapped, please allow an extra day for processing. Please send your requests to sales@CristianValentino.com. Gift wrap is not available for any international orders

Vermont Sales Tax

We are required to charge Vermont State Tax to all orders delivered to addresses within the State of Vermont. For your convenience, Paypal automatically calculates your taxes when paying using PayPal.

If you are paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check, and would like us to calculate your total, simply send us an e-mail at sales@CristianValentino.com

Orders shipped outside of Vermont do not pay sales tax.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make it right. Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt! Cristian Valentino must be notified within 7 days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts.

Please email us at returns@CristianValentino.com as soon as you notice the problem. You should also notify the carrier immediately of the problem if the exterior packaging appears damaged in any way.

If you decide that you don’t want your item and would like a refund or an exchange, please contact us. Be sure to keep all off your packaging as you will need the original boxes to return your item. The item must arrive at our facilities in the same condition as we sent it to you to qualify for a return. You will be refunded your purchase price, less shipping and a small processing fee to cover cost associated with shipping your item. If your item arrives defective, you can return it for an exchange or for a full refund including shipping. All returns must first be pre-approved by us. Please send your request to returns@CristianValentino.com and request an RMA number and shipping instructions. All requests for returns must be made within seven days of receipt of your purchase.  Please note:  All international sales are final - no returns are allowed on items shipped outside of the United States. Customer waives right to return an item if inappropriate feedback is left before attempting to remedy the issues.

(1) Store credit is valid for twelve months, can only be used at our Primary Internet Store (not eBay), and unused store credit cannot be refunded.
