We try to describe our items as accurately as possible, but sometimes a batch of goods arrives which may be slightly different from the pictures. Please take time to read the description carefully. If you still have questions, just contact us.
Items in different sizes
Often we have items available in different sizes and we ask you to choose your required size at the time of payment, either in the Notes box on the PayPal payment page, or when you call us to pay by credit/debit card. Many buyers do not specify their required size and this is the single most common cause for delay. It may also result in your size being out of stock if someone gets in ahead of you.
After the auction ends
Very soon after the auction ends, we will contact you by e-mail confirming your purchase, with details of how to pay.
Paying for your item
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or Debit Card, at no extra charge (just e-mail us after the auction ends with your contact number)
- PayPal, at no extra charge
- Cheque or Postal Order
- Bankers Draft
- Cash (recorded delivery only, though we do not recommend this).
All payments must be in GB pounds.
Once your payment reaches us, we will confirm receipt by e-mail.
Despatch of your item
We try and despatch your item on the same day or next working day after we receive your payment. At busy times, it can take a bit longer. Once your item has been despatched, we will again confirm by e-mail. You don't need to worry - we will keep you informed of the status of your purchase at all times.
We rely on Royal Mail and other courier services to deliver your items. Unfortunately, these services are not 100% reliable and sometimes you may experience delays which are beyond our control.
Postage and packing
Our postage and packing is now done by our fulfilment centre, and this is aimed at providing you with a better, more professional and more efficient service.
The cost of postage and packing includes:
- a handling fee
- cost of postage
- cost of packaging.
Collection
If you wish to save postage and collect your item in person, you can do this from our despatch centre in Newport, South Wales. This must be done by prior appointment, during working hours (between Mon-Fri 9am-3pm). Payment must be made in advance. Please note, we do charge a small handling fee of per order.
