Why buy from us?
Items are shipped promptly, usually on Mondays and Thursdays. If you need an item shipped earlier, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Items are always packaged with care. There's nothing worse than getting an item that's been poorly packaged and possibly damaged in transit. Insurance for your item is always recommended though, since I have no control over it once it is shipped.
Delivery confirmation on every package, with online tracking. Most items are shipped via the US Postal Service or FedEx Ground. You will be emailed with a tracking number once it has been shipped.
We are a smoke-free home and cat-free home! Our allergies are too sensitive for cats, but we do have two fun-loving dogs. All clothing is inspected carefully and stored in a Ziploc bag to minimize (and hopefully avoid) any stray hairs on your items.
We do ship internationally! Just email if you need a quote! There is no additional handling charge for international shipping. All customs forms are filled out as merchandise with the ending auction price.
If you live in the Memphis area, I may be able to arrange for pickup or delivery of your item. I cannot guarantee this due to the size of the area and our schedule, but you can always ask!
