ABOUT US
C & S Antiques and Collectibles was established in 1997 after moving to Phoenix, ARIZONA. Together both "S" and Myself have traveled around the world and seen some AMAZING places and alot of Collectibles. Together we have over 42 years in the Antiques and Collectibles Market and started using e-bay to reach more people than just the Show Venue. We try to price all items fairly and let the E-bay community determine the final price of our items. We research items as much as possible, to give the buyer the best background and description we can. We maintain an extensive library of collectible related books for research. If you ever have a question about an item on auction, PLEASE E-Mail your question and we will try to answer it to the best of our ability.

Our staff is highly trained and can package just about any item for shipment, HOWEVER, if you really feel the need to tell us how to pack something that is your choice. We strive to give you the lowest shipping prices we can and will always refund any excess shipping charges (over $1.00) as time permits. We use the Unied States Postal Service and although they have raised their rates and dropped services they still seem to be the lowest priced alternative for most all of our shipping needs.

Collecting
Well, everyone collects something, and it usually starts with one piece. "S" says if you have more than 3 pieces, you have a collection. We have an extensive collection of Lighthouses, and try to get out at least once a year to visit some new "Real" ones (Not very many Lighthouses in Phoenix). We are constantly looking for collectibles to add to our auctions and store and we buy anywhere from one piece to entire estates.   We list new items all the time, from a wide range of different themes including Seasonal and Holidays, so check our auctions frequently, we just may list something you just have to have. Our hobbies after antiques is buying and restoring automobiles, our coin collection, camping and jet skiing and spending time with our grandsons. On occasion there will be Automotive and Motorcycle related auctions included with the collectibles.

 If there is a time when we don't respond to your E-mail questions within 24 hours or less, we may have gone on a short buying trip or just off to relax in the "White Mountains of Arizona" to cool off and slow down for a weekend. We will answer your question as soon as possible. Please enjoy our auctions and feel free to contact us with your questions. We are looking forward to bringing you more interesting items in 2007 and beyond, starting with our expanding CHINAand SILVER auctions and other estate pieces along with childerns toys and stuffed animals. 

SHIPPING- We try to package every item with enough care that it will survive even the most hazardous POSTAL EMPLOYEE, however, threr are some that even we cannot guard against. Insurance is optional and for teh price it protects yor item. The price of bubble wrap and packing peanuts keeps going up (just check out your local office supply house) and we have added a handling charge for that. Shipping is charged at the exact rate and we will often give refunds if you have been overcharged. If you would like to know the exact cost of your shipment ask, or if you have a problem with the handling fee, please do not bid.
