Most of shipments weighing under 2 pounds will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) (POB, APO, FPO may be charged more) via Priority Mail, so you should get your product within approximately 2-5 business days depending on where you are located in the country. An automated email will be sent that provides a confirmation number or tracking number when the item ships. Items over 2 pounds will be shipped via UPS ground. Contact us to make arrangements for expidited shipping. We will not accept a P.O. Box as a valid address for items over 2 pounds. |

We offer combine shipping for most of our items. We will discount up to 25% on combined shipping fee if payment is made as one payment. Bidder must contact us before the bidding in order to get correct shipping fee. We strongly suggest that you do not make bid before knowing correct shipping fee. Negotiation on shipping fee will not be accepted after the auction. |

Question: What is an unconfirmed address for Paypal Payments?
Answer: CST requires that customers using Paypal as a payment method must have a confirmed address on their Paypal account, and that we are shipping to that confirmed address. If you have multiple confirmed addresses, CST is only able to see the primary Home Confirmed address submitted at the time of payment. (For example, if you update your confirmed address 5 minutes after payment, CST will not be able to see the updated address unless payment is resubmitted) For more information about this policy or questions about your PayPal account, please call PayPal toll free at 888-221-1161.
If you know that you will not be having your item shipped to your confirmed address, please submit payment directly with a credit/debit card. This is the next best and quickest way to submit payment. Please note, a credit payment through PayPal is still considered to be a PayPal payment, and therefore we need to ship to the confirmed address.
The Paypal payment method is selected by default in the checkout so please make sure you have selected the payment type. Our payment options appear in our checkout area directly below the shipping address input section. You will have the option of Paypal, all four major credit cards, and money order. Please be sure to choose the correct payment option for you. |

Question: When I choose PayPal, why does your checkout ask me for information?
Answer: When you are checking out with PayPal, CST needs their own invoice created for the company. Like any company, we keep records of our business on eBay. This system is necessary in order to process your order quickly. |

Question: Why is your checkout asking me for credit card information?
Answer: If you are entering a shipping address that is different that your confirmed address, our system will ask for credit card information in order to confirm an address on your Paypal account. The address that will be instantly confirmed is the billing address of the card. If you are already at this point, it would be recommended to submit a regular credit card payment instead. |

Question: Is your checkout safe?
Answer: Our checkout system is perfectly safe. It is a secure and encrypted checkout system. The information you provide is used solely for that transaction. You can be at ease knowing that your personal information is secure and kept private. |

Question: Why is your checkout system charging me more than what was listed?
Answer: eBay and CST highly recommends that buyers read auction pages completely. Full information regarding pricing is to be found on the auction page. There are a few factors that customers need to know regarding the price of their purchases.
1) Shipping Insurance is always listed in the shipping and payment details section towards the bottom of the auction page if insurance is listed. For our auctions, we will still list this section even if there is no insurance on the shipment.
2) International shipping cost is sometimes misunderstood. The top of the page is a brief summary and the domestic base insurance cost is listed. If you are a customer that does not live in the United States, the shipping cost listed in the summary is not your actual shipping price. The shipping and payment details section needs to be checked for those prices. |
