About Us
C-Systems Direct is proud to be a part of eBay. We are a technology solutions company that provides a wide range of services and goods. Our primary business involves business systems consulting for companies, as well as private consulting for individuals. Some of our other services include eBay Auctioneer, computer upgrades and repairs, and PC troubleshooting. We also build custom computer systems.
Most items listed are returns from customers, liquidated items from large retailers, discounted inventory, and items being sold for our customers. Below, you will be able to view a table showing all of the auctions currently in progress.
Policies
C-Systems Direct guarantees that all products sold through eBay are 100% authentic and meet all of
eBay's policies on the selling of goods. C-Systems Direct also guarantees all products sold to be working upon arrival, unless otherwise noted in the auction. Keep in mind that "As Is" means that the item is being sold in whatever condition it is. This means that the buyer accepts any condition or state of the item(s). C-Systems is not responsible for any problems that the items sold may cause. It is the buyer's responsibility to research compatibility of any kind. If a problem were to arise of this matter, then C-Systems will be glad to provide some helpful aid with the problem, but an additional fee may apply. Note that there are NO RETURNS! All sales are FINAL unless noted in the auction or under rare circumstances. However, C-Systems prides itself on customer service, so we are always willing to work with our customers to make any situation a positive one. Non-Paying Bidder Policy
C-Systems Direct understands that issue may arise in your life that may prevent you from paying after you have already been committed to the auction process. In this case, please contact us immediately or contact eBay to cancel your bid. If we have not received payment or have not at least received some sort of communication from you, we will file a non-paying bidder claim with eBay. Again, we want to make sure the buyer has the best experience with us and eBay, so please contact us to help work with you.
Shipping and Handling Information
C-Systems Direct prides itself on the fact that we do not overcharge on shipping. Unless noted in the auction, all shipping charges will be the actual shipping charges for the item plus the cost to package the items. This value can be calculated at the bottom of any auction. Insurance is usually required on any electronic item, and optional on most other items. We do, however, always recommend the buyer take insurance to safeguard their investment in the event something happens to the item in-transit. If the buyer does not choose insurance, then C-Systems Direct will not be responsible for any damage that may occur after we send out the item. All items will ship within 2-3 business day of receiving full payment, unless other arrangements are made or noted in the auction. If you require an alternate shipping method not offered, please contact us BEFORE bidding and we will try and provide you alternate solutions. If you bid on the auction, then you will be required to accept all terms and conditions set forth by eBay and our policies.
International Shipping
Unless noted otherwise, we ship to most countries around the world. If there is an exception to this, it will be noted in the auction. If you are not sure if we ship to your country, please send us a message us before bidding.
Returns and DOA
Unless noted in the auction, we do not accept returns. All items are guaranteed against Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) unless otherwise noted. If a product is DOA and was not noted as such, the item must be shipped back to C-Systems Direct, at the bidder's expense, in order for us to confirm the DOA. Once DOA is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the final bid price of the auction, as well as the cost to ship the item back to us. In most cases, we will issue a return label for the buyer to print out. If the returned item is confirmed not DOA, then buyer will have the option to pay for the S&H charges back to them for the product, as well as a small fee for us having to verify the condition of the product. If the buyer refuses to pay S&H, then C-Systems is not responsible to send back the item(s).

C-Systems Direct is a proud member of the most secure payment service, PayPal. It is fast and convenient, and most importantly, safe. Through PayPal you can pay with a credit card, e-check, or bank transfer payments.
Feedback and Other Policies
C-Systems Direct can only expand on eBay and grow consumer confidence with your help. That means we greatly appreciate our customers leaving us positive feedback. If the transaction has been negative in any way, please let us try and correct the situation before leaving us negative or neutral feedback. As we have mentioned, our customers are our #1 priority. For auctions in which we are selling, feedback will be left after payment has been received and cleared. Please do not bid on any items if you don't agree with the description or shipping charges. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us. We strive to make our customers happy.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
