We ship with Fedex Ground and USPS to the U.S lower 48 states.Worldwid and P.O box now.
Tracking number will be sent to buyer's contact email once the carrier picks up the package.

We offer 10% off S/H for multiple items. The discount will be applied at the Channeladvisor checkout.
Your shipment will be packed with sufficient packing material to avoid any damage in transit (please check the listing picture, there's detail of how your item is packed to ship). We do double checking and testing of your item before we ship out. Nothing feels worse than receiving the item defective or damaged. Thus, the item we send out is 100% brand new and in perfect working condition. However, if you should ever receive a damaged/defective item, please see the section below at Insurance policy/Warranty policy/RMA policy for details.

***Shipping and handling fees do not include just the cost of the shipment. It also used to cover our other cost such as extra packing materials and the labor required for shipping, and packing. Shipping fees are not negotiable.
Insurance policy
The insurance fee will be determined at the checkout based on the invoice amount. Whether to purchase the insurance or not, please see the chart below for your reference:

Back order issues
We try our best to only post the items that's instock. However, since we also have different selling channels, it's possible that we can't stop all the listings fast enough to prevent backorders (this is a very minor case). When backorder happenes, we will promptly notify the buyer with the ETA of the item. If the buyer does not want to wait, we will issue full refund to the buyer in 2 business days and the buyer must be completed the mutual transaction withdrawn process prior to the refund being issued.
Return policy
Buyer's satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our customer service department. Package returned without the RMA number written outside of the box WILL BE REFUSED. ALL THE RMA SHOULD ONLY BE SHIPPED USING POST OFFICE PRIORITY MAIL
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGES. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be processed. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under no circumstances. All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Feedback policy
Buyer's satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you would like to give us a negative feedback or any detail feedback rating lower than 4.6, please give us a chance to improve our service by contacting us at ctrusa@gmail.com. We will try our best to resolve the outstanding issues with the buyer.
Warranty and technical help
We offer a limited warranty of 90 days on the item upon the date the item is received. Buyer are responsible for the both way shipping fees to exchange product.
Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation. Buyer must shows proof of professional installation if buyer stataing that the product does not fit.
**Disclaimer**
Some products are intended for off-road or show purposes only. They are not intended to be used for regular driving conditions. The Manufacturer, distributor, and retailer are NOT responsible for any misuse for these items. Any use of this item other than its intended purpose voids any warranty given. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
