CDs
All our CDs are brand new and factory sealed unless otherwise stated. We do not sell bootlegs, CD-Rs, Asian copies or any illegal products. They come directly from labels, bands and distributors. 98% are factory sealed.
DVDs
We carry mostly promotional DVDs. They are 100% official, legally produced and distributed via the Greek newsagent network. They are not bootlegs, DVD-Rs or cheap Asian copies. Most of them have significant collectable value!
99% of all our items are brand new and unused. We double check everything so that it is in excellent or near excellent condition before we list it. Please refer to the individual listings for specific info on each item.

DELIVERY TIMES
We are very fast! We ship the next (and sometimes the same) day after payment received. Check our feedback. According to our experience with the post here are the delivery times:
USA/Canada : 5-6 business days
Europe: 3-4 business days
Oceania/rest of the world: 8-10 business days
FEEDBACK POLICY
Buyer leaves feedback first. We guarantee positive feedback as soon as we see yours! If for any reason you feel like leaving negative feedback please get in touch first. We will resolve any issues.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If an item arrives damaged or in unappropriated condition we will gladly replace it with another same item. Buyer has to return the damaged item with his own expenses. No other action is required.
If buyer does not wish to get another same or different item of equal value we will refund the amount of the initial price but not the postal expenses. Even in such case buyer has to return the damaged item.
Sometimes mail gets lost. The only way to make sure that you will get what you bought is by registered / recorded mail. We encourage you to add an extra $3 US and get this option. No matter how big or small your order is, with $3 US you will definitely receive it.

We are into trades! Mostly with CDs. We are interested to trade CDs & vinyl with similar stuff to what we have: heavy metal and all its sub-genres. So, if you have a trade list, make sure you send it to us.
