I guarantee that I do not wash or iron or otherwise "improve" any of my banknotes... Genuine and honest dealer and collector...

Photographs..99% of the time I photograph each item individually.. the item in the picture is the item you will recieve..I NEVER "touch up" or alter any of my images.. I use a plain bog standard 2 megapixel camera and a flash, and a steady hand..........(the only exceptions here are the odd proof or coin set, or token that I have multiple lots of... in this event the item you recieve will be better than the photo)....

I prefer payment by PAYPAL and I do not charge my buyers a surcharge for this. Please ensure that your Paypal Account is Verified, and that your Address is Confirmed... I may refuse Paypal payment if not.

If you wish to pay by Dollars, or Euros in cash,conversion rates apply, these will vary from day to day, so please email me first . I can also accept payment in Dollar cheques by prior arrangement, but this method is subject to a surcharge due to the high bankning charges incurred.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I aim to post all items within 48hours of recieving payment.. Payments recieved on a Thursday will probably be posted on a Friday, but any payments recieved on Friday, Saturday or Sunday wont be posted until the Monday following.

Items must be paid for within 10 days of the auction closing ( or you must let me know that you will be paying later with a valid reason within the 10 days ) .....If not I will resell the item, and pursue NPB to get my fees back

UK Buyers.............. please note......I would prefer if every package was send out by special delivery.. that way it is fully traceable and fully insured, BUT I realise that that may not be a viable option on low value goods so YOU the Buyer must choose what level of risk you are prepared to accept when asking me to post stuff out to you by any other method other than special..............

Posting and packaging by standard first class always comes with a Proof of Posting certificate. If a First Class item has still not been delivered after 14 days, it is considered Lost, and I can pursue a refund from the Post Office, you may be required to sign a Declaration of Non-delivery form. In this case, a full refund will be given on a sucessful Post Office Refund. In certain cases, another item of similar quality/value may be sent instead of a refund by arrangement.

Recorded/signed for delivery has only LIMITED insurance.. and DOES-NOT cover "valuable items such as money and jewellery"..therefore banknotes and coins sent by recorded delivery ARE NOT INSURED.. please check www.royalmail.co.uk if you need guidance

Special Delivery is fully insured is best especially for Gold or items above £36 in value I strongly recommend that you choose the Special Delivery option...

Overseas buyers...

please note....P&P is for items up to 200g only ( this will cover most coins.banknotes etc)... heavier packets and packages will have to go by Parcelforce and WILL BE MORE than stated here.. I charge P&P at cost for heavier items.....

Postage and packing as standard.. for first class airmail...for UNINSURED posted with proof of posting and at YOUR RISK......up to 200g

Insured/signed for is RECOMMENDED... and covers up to £50.00

I prefer payment by Paypal for overseas only from USA and Canada, or if the transaction is less than 0 from the rest of the world. Otherwise I prefer payment by Direct Bank Transfer.

I accept Euros and $$$ in cold hard cash, or cheque in from a British bank.......

POSTAGE and PACKAGING... Some people have asked me to justify my postal charges... so being transparent.. here goes....I do not skimp on packaging.....ALL my coins are sent out in JIFFY type bubble bags, with a A4 size protective leaflet inside, the coin is either in a plastic wallett or in a card, or coincapsule style coin holder. The packages are always sent FIRST CLASS, and have my return address sticker on, as well as any other required sticker.. ie AIRMAIL/Customs docket. The packet is sealed with sellotape, and if there is a breakable item, extra bubble padding is used and/or a box with poly balls in. My packages are safe and secure. BANKNOTES are sent in a sturdy card backed envelope, with protective info leaflet, and the notes are put into a captive flap mylar style wallett for protection. Again fully stickered up and secured with tape. DO NOT BEND is on the envelope, and always sent FIRST CLASS. and EVERYTHING is sent with PROOF OF POSTAGE .VAT is included on postage and packing at the standard rate.. if you are VAT registered and need an invoice please ask... and if you wish to take a chance.. you may send your own SAE and I will put the coin/note in... you have the choice. Futhermore.... Unfortunately due to the high levels of PO's "Going missing in the post" !!....if you CHOOSE to pay by Postal Order OR cash...then it must be sent by recorded delivery.... I cannot be held responsible for cash or Postal Orders that do not arrive at my door and there is no records.....!!!p> REFUND POLICY.

If the item is not as described on Ebay listings I will refund in full upon safe return of goods.

If the item is as described on EBAY and you have just decided that you dont like it....I will refund but Ebay listing charges and selling commissions will be deducted from the refund

Thanks. AND ...I reserve the right to block whom ever I choose from bidding on my auctions, MY DECISION IS FINAL.( usually bidders are blocked because we have had an altercation in the past)
