About Chapmans Outdoor Power: In June of 2004, after 20 years of operating a small engine repair shop, I decided to retire from the grind of the brick and mortar retail business.  

I had started selling parts, manuals, engines, tools and other items over the internet during the mid 90's. Mostly to customers / friends who had moved out of our area and found that they were being charged way more then they were used to at my shop. One of these friends suggested I try Ebay. In 1998 I signed up and have been active every since.

My goal is to build our online business using the same practices and principles that were used in our brick and mortar shop.

About our online business history: We have been selling on Ebay since 1998. We are a Verified Powerseller on Ebay. To date, we have had over 3000 sales with 100 percent Positive feedback.

We try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. All packages are shipped securely to prevent damage.  Insurance is available for all other items.
